Reliable sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Integration with Salesforce and automatic cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when someone calls and is not answered, Salesloft will continue to ring even if the caller has already dropped the call. The only way for me to stop Salesloft from ringing is to restart my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solved the problem of tracking cadences. Whether you need to call or send an email to prospects, it's all automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the rhythm page and sidebar within Salesloft is well integrated and intuitive. I also love the live call studio and how calls are recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics page can make it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times. That or the data I would like to see isn't an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft daily as my dialer and cadence platform. It allos me to establish cadences and intuitively shows me my tasks. Saves me time with outbounding and sending my manager calls I would like coaching on.

I like that it helps me stay organized in cadences and observe my productivity stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't mark a text message as unread to get back to it later

It's solving the need for me to write out emails for every client. I can schedule them all to go out at the same time and have templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesloft for about a year now and it has helped me reach a wide audience of prospects very easily and quickly. Only good tings to say so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the analytics section is slow to render calling data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clear steps within cadences and accessing them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking my outreach and creating cadances the most. The ease of integration and features. The customer support is good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is losing my calendar conneciton sometimes.

It solves a lot of my outreach issues and benefits me on email and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps the team to become successful my making the outreach much better and easier. It's call and email features help follow ups and makes it super easy. Then data in salesloft is up to date from the connected CRM tool making it better. All the leads and prospect are better reached because of the cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mails get failed to send randomly even with higher mail sending limit

Salesloft solves the problem of outreaching to people by personalization what to be sent to whom. The cadence feature helps you follow up and be upto date with the customers. Teams can works together and the customizing feature makes it east for reaching differently to a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Is it the live feed or the timezone organization? Knowing who to call and when has never been easier. Honestly, Salesloft makes my job so much smoother by keeping my day organized. I also love the new text feature—updating the text box size fixed something that used to drive me crazy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app needs some of work. Not the best experiance for Android.

They provide a tool that organizes my day and alerts me whenever a prospect interacts with my content

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes outreach timely, user friendly, personalized and collaborative. I've used Salesloft for three years as a BDR and I can confidently say it is a must have tool to drive business. Salesloft seemlessly integrates with Salesforce, provides personalized short cuts to make persoanlized outreach simplisitic, and the completely customizable cadences allow for sharing across all users. I also enjoy Salesloft's converstions tab to review prior calls, It gives a quick summary, talk ratio and helpful insights to improve my call quality and ensure I am focusing more on my customer. I spend my entire day in Salesloft and rely on the day reminders for calls/emails to keep me exceeding and meeting my KPIs. I highly recommend Salesloft to all business development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were design layouts and more ways to personalize the look of the email on Salesloft. This is something our marketing team would like to integrate into our emails as we have a common template that is used across all other outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me keep track of my calls, activities and emails to ensure I am hitting and exceeding my KPIs.

Salesloft helps me to keep track of every outreach done to a contact.
Salesloft templates help me see the analytics of what emails are high performing and ways I can increase click, open and response rates.
Salesloft helps me collaborate with my team on email templates they create and cadances my BDR Manager wants us to push into market.
Salesloft helps me set reminders to follow up on clients that want to reconnect in 6-12 months without having to record that information in another spot that would likely be forgotten. It keeps me organizaed.
