What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use and is constantly evolving to help companies more effectively engage prospects.

As our outbound processes have continued to mature Salesloft has been the essential technology for driving sales engagement.

As impressive as the technology, Salesloft's team and thought leadership have been essential to our organization's success.

Salesloft delivers incredible value and a strong ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft continues to enhance the platform to meet client needs and to maintain their leadership position in sales development/sales engagement. Analytics in the platform have steadily improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has helped us

- shorten time to sale
- streamline on-boarding of new SDRs, marketing and sales staff

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a look and more importantly listen to what SalesLoft has to say. Most solutions don't give away the types of knowledge and insights that SalesLoft does pre-sale and post deployment.

The support is strong and every time we look for ways to improve our sales development performance Salesloft has been there to help us get maximum value out of their solution and to share insights from across their user base and the industry as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability our Sales team has to source their own leads--specifically our Inside Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Prospector tool has been discontinued so, while still in use, the company's focus is understandably on other areas/products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Sales the ability to prospect on their own, in addition to the qualified leads Marketing provides via our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide Sales a structured approach to their lead prospecting. Target your most effective Sales leaders using the tool and tap into their best practices to share with the rest of the team.

Salesloft - essential tool for lead and prospect development!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is constantly improving their platform! Every month new features are released, and they really do listen to their customers, addressing problems and improving the service. Service from the Customer Success team and my direct account manager have been top notch, always receiving assistance within 24 hours or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer regularly scheduled live training or "office hours" sessions that help get new users onboard easier than self-training, and also allows veteran users to drop into office hours with questions about new features or tweaking their personal cadences to increase effectiveness. I'm unable to find a support phone number, which would be nice to have when you need immediate assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to reach more prospects in less time, increasing our outreach volume threefold. The Salesforce integration is great for saving time on task logging (our reps hate wasting time and clicks in SFDC...SalesLoft helps solve that problem).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out SalesLoft last - after seeing the rest, I think you'll agree their platform is the best

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set up cadences, integrate with SFDC, track every activity my reps do, and automate a lot of the stages with their automation rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could definitely build out their automation rules more and add additional functionality to their dialer. Surprisingly, closing reps (not SDRs) have some difficulty conceptualizing that the dialer/cadence exists outside of Salesforce. However, SalesLoft has launched a new feature where you can launch it primary features right from SFDC. This is great because it lets AEs work out of the environment they are familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved by creating a repeatable process that reps can follow. They can plug in, do their activity, and we can track everything and analyze what works best. We've been able to gain more insight into our prospecting process and are able to refine it at each step.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it streamlines our sales process and helps us stay on top of communicating with our customers and leads. It automates our processes and helps us make sure that we are staying in touch with potential customers / current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that they would provide more services that would allow us to use it as a CRM as well. It would cut costs significantly if you didn't have use SalesForce as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to streamline our sales process and reach out to our potential customers in a more efficient way.

Salesloft is the key to scalable and effective sales engagement practices

What do you like best about the product?
Support. I've implemented Salesloft for the third time now and as a strong believer that the best SaaS offerings are only as good as their support I can say that Salesloft has never disappointed in this category.
What do you dislike about the product?
As expected with a younger software company there can be some bumps in the road when new features and enhancements are released but Salesloft does a great job of managing expectations. I would like to be able to have more admin control over other user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Automation, Accelerated Sales Prospecting. Salesloft's tight integration into Salesforce.com makes it a strong and reliable tool for helping our sales team maximize their time time and effort. At Deputy we manage a pure inbound pipeline of trial users. With Salesloft's advancements around automation rules and ability to seamlessly tie in our crm data I can route our prospective users through multi-touch cadences that are specific to their near-real-time level of engagement with our application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend my peers and colleagues to do their due diligence when it comes to selecting software vendors and as such it would be ill-advise not to compare Salesloft to their competition. However having now deployed Salesloft for both outbound & inbound sales orgs my confidence in their platform, service and support has never been higher.

If you are preparing to implement Salesloft my strongest piece of advice would be to start slow and implement layer after layer when it comes to the advances features that they offer. A tool like Salesloft can be extremely powerful but it has to be managed and deployed effectively in order to lend to the overall success of any team.

Essential sales tool with best in class customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to automate and track our sales process in a scalable manner with SalesLoft. After comparing and using similar tools, SalesLoft has proven it's value in both UI and UX: uploading leads from Salesforce, staying organized, setting reminders and taking notes are all easy and intuitive.

The product originally fell short of my needs and expectations in Spring '16, but within 3 months, the team made incredible changes and converted me back. The continued quick response rate and understanding from SalesLoft support has made integrating with Salesforce a pleasant process and training reps easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our previous dislikes have quite literally become new features and improvements in the product. Total emails sent per day capped at 250? Increased to 1000. Not able to schedule automatic steps more than 24hours ahead? Voila! Now you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On average sales reps spend only 15% in engaged selling, then SaleLoft helps expand that time substantially.

Analytics around variations on email content and days of week have allowed us to optimize our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep communication open with SalesLoft support- they truly listen to their customers and build what we ask for. Also, explore all the features that SalesLoft provides- you may find new capabilities suit your team as they're released.

I'd like to see a gmail template extension added.

Crushing it with Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and saves me a couple hours per day. I am able to come in the office with my day already organized and I know exactly what I need to do. Additionally I am able to stay organized with the large number of leads I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Select certain leads from a lead view to import them into Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have taken the repetitive tasks out of my day which allow me to spend my time doing more strategic prospecting.
