Prepare for Warp Speed!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with a variety of other techs. Easily import and tag contacts. Increase productivity of sales reps greatly by automating the majority of their data entry processes. Decent customer success, they will respond within a couple hours usually. They constantly update the platform with new features and are always trying to create a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation programs should be introduced and more sophisticated. Lacking a lot of functions that marketers use in ESPs. Would be nice to get those features into this platform. WYSWYG platform, don't expect any consultation or advice on how to actually use their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps sales reps to focus on dialing, talking, and responding to emails that have been automatically personalized and sent through the salesloft tool. Increasing productivity by hundreds of percent.

They have made it easy for us to scale our SDR efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and to get adoption with your team. From a manager's standpoint I love that I can easily track everything. Most systems out there allow you to send automated emails but cadence makes it simple to customize them by user. From there you can easily understand with the analytics how to optimize the various communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues I have aren't deal breakers at all. The main thing for me is trying to understand of the various points of communication, which actually help us to reach our goal (setting up cold meetings). The system does a great job tracking emails/phone but I want it be more seamless to track linkedin as well. I know they're working on this and it's not the easiest feature to buiild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was looking to make our SDR's more efficient and to be able to optimize our process. Before we didn't have a system in place which would provide transparency across the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a solution which your team will adopt quickly, integrate into all of your platforms (gmail, salesforce, etc.) this is the best platform.
There are better options out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing when someone has opened my email, and I like being to automate email cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between Salesloft and my email is really spotty, and I constantly need to restart my browser or logout and log back into my email so that I can click the "loft it" button which syncs my email to Salesforce. It's a total pain, and defeats the purpose of a sync.
Additionally, I have no visibility into whether or not the email recipient opened an attachment, which both Clearslide and Groove are able to do (and probably many others).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in sales, so knowing who has opened my emails and when is really helpful. Additionally, being to automate certain prospecting email cadences is helpful. I just think there are better software programs out there that do what Salesloft does, but better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at Groove or Clearslide.
Functional But Lacking in UI
What do you like best about the product?
Activity tracking, new team template feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate pulling in leads from a Salesforce campaign - there is no way to sort/navigate the list other than who is and is not on a campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking open rates/click rates/reply rates on templates and cadences to better strategize our sales strategy
Changing the way business is sought after for the foreseeable future.
What do you like best about the product?
I can't get enough of the SalesLoft analytics. If your are unaware of the changes in go to market strategies then you are missing the boat completely. Business success today is based on data, track it, slice and dice it, then deliver it. Since implementing SalesLoft, I am able to understand what emails are most effective and why, along with what call out procedures are most effective, and why a combination of both is highly effective. This is due to the best practices shared, along with AB testing of subject lines and content. When asked by my team,"what can i be doing better?" the simple response is, "lets open up your cadence and see what we can find out." You need to make more calls here, or you need to personalize emails here and here. Through the data that is at our fingertips, we have been able to re-define our process. It would be a crime not to mention the superb support received from this fantastic team.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to see SalesLoft build a model designed for the latter part of the sales cycle. Tracking proposals and providing analytics in correlation to closing probability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems of efficiency and effectiveness. We are able to touch more potential customers with the correct message.
Constant and available support
What do you like best about the product?
The SalesLoft team has been nothing but helpful during our time using the platform. It has measurably improved our outreach and has provided a sense of consistent structure to how we go about sharing our product with people. The team is always willing to listen to any suggestions and are readily available for any support that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any problems or suggested improvements my team has come to SalesLoft with, their team has quickly made the changes and fixes necessary. They are always willing and ready to approve and are extremely kind and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has allowed us to instill consistency in our outreach not only in our messaging but in our timeline as well. It hold everyone accountable of what is expected and saves time in administrative areas that we can now focus on personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
Local Number Calling, VM Drop, Analytics, and ease of use in setting up cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a bit better way to catalog / organize templates and information

Trying to increase call activity and connect rates. SalesLoft has tackled both of these and taken our organization to the next level for appointment setting.

Highly recommend this if your call center needs to generate more activity and better connect rates.
Nice platform for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The phone call/email outreach is straightforward for our SDR team & the contact info on prospector has been solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone quality isn't the best... we have workarounds, but there are times when we have noticeable feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top of funnel demand growth. We need to use software to help us jumpstart top of funnel growth, and SL Cadence has been a nice way to facilitate that goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really isolate the problem you're trying to solve... Is it data? Outbound contact efforts? With so many vendors in the space, having knowledge of the market is really important before you jump in with a product.
SalesLoft is the Best
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft enables my SDR team to always be organized and have consistent outreach to prospects. SalesLoft has the best customer success/support/account management team around. They are always launching new features and really listen to the users for update ideas. They provide quarterly business reviews and also put on webinars around new product launches. Our point of contact, Sophie is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft launches new updates and features very often. They do provide webinars to provide all users a walk through on how to best utilize the changes. It is sometimes hard to stay up to date with all the changes, but once we fully understand how we can best use the updates it is great and always makes us more efficient and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing SalesLoft prospects would slip through the cracks and we were not able to prove out a set process. Building out scaleable processes for a new SDR team is crucial for long term success. We did not have the analytics behind our outreach to prove what was working and what was not. As a manager I am able to track every aspect of outreach and even sync up activities between SalesLoft and SalesForce which drives down on the time we spend doing processes. A lot of the features provided have dialed in our connection rates on the phones (local dial) and streamlined a lot of our processes. The software is very easy to use and train new hires on. It is very intuitive, easy to use but very impactful when it comes to results.

What do you like best about the product?
Speaking as an individual contributor as well as leading a team, I like that a little planning on the upfront, my day is planned and focused that leads to a very productive environment. Integration with Salesforce is also quite helpful. Salesloft takes a lot of the daily stresses out of my routine. Nice job!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at the "People" view, it would be helpful if there was a column that stated which cadence(s) each person was included in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity levels are higher as planning is done up front that can be repeated on a daily basis, which is not limited to any particular account and/or contact.
