Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool for mass emails. Their dialing service leaves a little to be desired but overall great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
dialing feature can't be accessed by cell phone

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a cadence with easy to follow steps. If I need to move or skip one, it's very easy to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes prospects get "lost" in the cadence. They get stuck at certain steps and if you attempt to skip or move leads there's one or 2 that won't even show up so you have to figure out how to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a cadence and keeping track of contact attempts. Saves time and organizes things.

email automation is super helpful in sales, being able to personalize and create seperate cadences is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
can be slow sometimes and ever changing UI can be a bit much. other than that, more than 1000 emails might be helpful as well

outbound and inbound prospecting/ email automation. helps save a lot of time for me by not having to do all of these emails over and over

What do you like best about the product?
Makes emailing so much easier. I'm able to do so much more each day as a result. Cadences keep me on schedule and make sure that I'm following up with prospects on time and diligently. Would be hard to do it without this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing cadences can feel a bit difficult. Improvements still to be made there for sure. The dialer isn't great, lots of poor quality calls but that's not unusual for any dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving productivity and finding ways to stay organized and in a routine.

Lots of positives, some small negatives. Still a big win.

A bit of a learning curve at first, however, I am not very savvy with tech.

What do you like best about the product?
Increases speed in the process greatly. An absolute must for anyone who is prospecting and needs to increase volume in a dramatic way without a lot of admin effort required

The platform is slow and has disconnect issues every once in a while, but support is quick on the draw and extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely beneficial. In my opinion, this is a must for keeping speed of prospecting at a volume that will produce results. In an industry that relies on a numbers game for cold calls, something like this is almost required to hit numbers.

Great for the value. Evaluate all options for CRM assistance tools, but don't go without!

The seamless integration to all of our other existing systems made it very easy for us to implement, deploy, and adopt very, very quickly. Our time to value far exceeded any other software that I've purchased in my career.

There's really nothing to dislike about salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying target customers for our software, driving meaningful conversations across email/social/phone, and generating well-qualified sales opportunities for our AE team. Each of our KPIs in our sales org saw a material impact within 60 days of implementing (activity, pipeline generation, closed won revenue).

What sets salesloft apart is their attention to detail. It's a platform used by salespeople, selling to salespeople, and you can feel it in the way they interact with their customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
So for everything has been going great. There were a few problems with the platform running slow and the dialer not working. However, the problem did not last more than 30 min. and you can subscribe to updates to see what is going on if there are any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing our company to track the analytics of our sales development team to see what is working for us and what is not. It also allows us to reach the volume of outbound prospecting we need, as well as staying organized in the process.
A huge benefit I have realized is the call analytics which will show you what the best time of day is to call your prospects according to your data.

What do you like best about the product?
The SalesLoft family is incredible. Every account manager or employee we've met has been prompt, friendly and provided immediate service when we needed it. The interface itself is simple and easy to share across our teams. Easily saves me 6+ hours a week on email alone not to mention the analytics provided to guide new processes for us. Plus the continued education and content provided is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the interface gets wonky in between updates--pretty normal stuff.

- Take advantage of the team and resources they provide
- Have one person get to know the software well--I recommend going to visit in ATL if possible and then have this person be your point of reference for questions, training, etc.
