What do you like best about the product?
The library structure to help me quickly find what I need and the ability to share certain clips of recording has been crucial to not only client facing activity, but also sales and sales related employee development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues yet! I am hoping to get more specific in the filter area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- training internally
- send client their own words and value
- showing c-level management strengths and weaknesses
- keyword searches for product gaps
- giving out team "attaboys!"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Noteninja is so unique and innovative in functionality. We have found additional use cases that we are working on implementing, and look forward to continuing to grow and learn from them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily find the most interesting parts of a call, jump right in and have interesting conversations about the content or outcome of those calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all conference tools/services are supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use note ninja heavily in the Product Management team. It's a quick way to access calls that the wider team has and extract market intelligence from them. It's also very valuable to direct team member directly to those parts of the call that contain the best nuggets of information.

Give it a try, you'll soon see whether it works for you.

Noteninja for Sales Teams (startup perspective)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can search for key words/phrases and it has a log of everywhere those words were said in the call recording. Then you can flag specific highlights in the call and mark/label them. Super useful when hitting highlights in internal training, but also when sharing the call externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike! Sometimes the Noteninja "bot" will leave the call if my clients are later than normal to show up to the demo. I'm in an industry where things seem to be running 15 minutes behind at all times, so this happens occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple call/demo recording. Otherwise we wouldn't have a tool to capture the screen recording. We're a startup, so we just haven't even bothered to look into ways to record demos w/ screen capture. Figured it's not worth the investment. But it turns out it totally has been worth the investment. The whole team benefits from learning from each other's demos.

Closing More Deals With the Help of NoteNinja

What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup and easy to integrate into our sales process, Noteninja does all the work for us. We fully believe that listening and understanding a prospect's business needs is vital for creating value. Noteninja allows us to identify how much of the call the prospect was talking vs the sale member. Also, we use the indexing tool religiously - the fact that we can quickly search by specific keywords that were discussed, see how many times they were mentioned, and then relisten to those parts of the call saves us tremendous time and allows us to pass vital product feedback to our engineering team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rolled out Noteninja two months ago and it has fit all of our needs so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a very fast growing company with recent fundraising, sales is our #1 priority. With the ability to automatically record our calls, integrate back to Salesforce, and quickly index the most important parts of our calls for followup and post-sale handoff to our Success Team, Noteninja has quickly become our Sales Playbook and improved the quality of our sales cycle, without question.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The team at Noteninja is another reason we chose them over the more established players in this space. They are young enough to build with us and go above and beyond to make sure you're successful

What do you like best about the product?
This is such a great tool to manage cadences of email campaigns to clients. Add a list of clients to a cadence and just work them through the daily flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be wonky if you don't have the right fields in on your side. Typically its a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows you to stream line your workflow
