What do you like best about the product?
Saleslofts' interface and cadence management is what keeps me in track each day, Its easily ingetrated with my CRM and connects with all my sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been enjoying salesloft for about a year, but found it a bit hanr to naviagte between tools while several upgrades/customizations were made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead engagment and communication: Able to hop on a call or email lead the moment it comes in and add to a cadence if required. Helping a higher converation rate.
Accurate insights on my activity and overall performance helps me develop new strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Emailing/ Templates/ Task setup. I love how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task setup, independent alerts maybe at the bottom or a section of the screen daily showup for tasks for the day. Without having to search for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls being recorded, helps me go back and take more notes. AI read.

The cadence. I like how easy it is to set up the cadence and let Salesloft remind sales

the inconvenience of the Salesloft app. the app and website is not aligned while cold calling

What do you like best about the product?
After using SalesLoft, I easily set up 50% more initial meetings. This was a marked difference from our previous provider.

Email campaigns are easy to set up and deliver, and there are plenty of options for customization and personalization. Campaigns can incorporate multiple mediums and lots of automation, saving time.

Once the campaign is launched, there are some great features to track progress, see open rates, etc., as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and Quarterly results across the team.

SalesLoft also tracks contracts across different Cadences so individuals are not sent emails from multiple teams simultaneously or overly messaged by one person.

It is easy to share winning cadences with other team members so that you can share best practices.

Also helpful is the Rythmn feature, which offers AI-suggested actions for each meeting on the calendar. This includes seeing which of your prospects are "hot," with more attention given to individuals opening up and responding to emails.

Like Gmail Templates, Snippets offer excellent ways to save time by inserting FAQs or common responses you use repeatedly.

Lastly, the calendar options are solid, replacing the need for Calendly scheduling software.

All in all, it is an excellent tool for a modern sales team.

I use Saleloft daily. It is an essential tool in my sales tech stack.

It integrates easily with Salesforce, Zoom, and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real complaints about SalesLoft. Naturally, there is a bit of a learning curve when you get started, and you need to adjust how you used to do things with the 'old' software, but that comes with the territory. Overall, I found it easy to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting meetings and following up effectively with those meetings is the lifeblood of your sales process. Salesloft has been instrumental is filling my calendar with great meetings!

The Rythmn feature has also been something I'm learning to use more and more. It has improved my follow-up and I'm excited to get more out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, offers excellent data analysis capabilities, and integrates seamlessly with a variety of other tools.

Could be slow sometimes when pushing individuals through email cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information I need, particularly with the linkedin pluggin makes outreach great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be heavy sometimes and get buggy. My mic sometimes shuts off or the dialer randomly disappears. I would like a prallel dialing feature to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in outreach and highlights the important information needed to have great conversations with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesloft is that
-it's quick (pages load and are contacts imported quickly),
-Dialing and Texting are easy,
-Rhythm makes getting work done (and getting into a rhythm) quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it asks you rate EVERY SINGLE CALL. It asks for too much feedback and gives too many full screen banner notifications about settings you've chosen. "YOU HAVEN'T LINKED YOUR ZOOM!" Yeah, I use Google Meet but, thanks for letting me know about the Zoom integration every day.

In a "boy who cried wolf" fashion, I ignore and "x" out of notifications and "how many stars do you give this?" by muscle memory now because I assume it's something unimportant. Probably a few I should have read.

The People and Account outreach history could be much more useful if it was consolidated and viewable at the same time. Currently, "history" involves entering and exiting cadences, ownership xfers, (unseen) email sends mixed in with actual communication to and from the contact. If it was consolidated into the important information, it would make an impact.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use! The ability to connect to other CRM and emails to efficiently manage accounts in one app. Tracking, charts, its all there!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Organisation of large amounts of contact data in a user friendly way and automation of calling lists but also the option to work manually if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to have 2 Salesloft windows open as sometimes I need to email a contact and it will jump to the next record so I need another window to access a contact or if I try to email I have to shut the call dialogue box down first and then bring up the email as there is not enough screen for both.
