Why I recommend Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
Really like using Salesloft to communicate with my customers so I can track responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue I see with Salesloft is sometimes it seems to lag a bit when sending emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track my emails and responses is extremely beneficial.

I love that I can create custom messaging and cadences that are relevant to my audience, in my own voice

Nothing - it is the best comm platform I have used thus far

Salesloft is allowing me to provide consistent communication to my prospects and is getting me real results

Possibility to speak with hundreds of people at the same time in one unified platform

Velocity and agility. The system take too long time to be updated, as call registers and calls reposrts for example

The cadences are easy to create, schedule, and modify!

I wish that if you make a change to a cadence step, it gets taken into account for all users in that cadence who are still active

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to work with. The tool is very intuitive, it has everything needed to help us outperform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Before it was the old interface, but with the new upgrade it is so much better.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic software for sales, and can be used with a large org or a small company trying to automate and track the results of their messaging. It's functions as a CRM if needed, and can allow you create campaigns and streamline messaging and outreach. It also allows you to track engagement and be able to respond quickly. I reccommend Salesloft to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honeslty isn't anything I dislike about Salesloft, it's one of my favorite sales tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows my company to automate and customize our outreach for all our sales messaging from calls, to emails, to LinkedIn.

Great outreach automation

What do you like best about the product?
Eliminates the repetitive tasks usually required in SalesForce and does most of the heavy lifting to push your through your outreach instead of you having to pull yourself through it task by task and follow up task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to delete my old cadences, I still have not found a way to delete my old ones. Also there is no way to log dials not attached to a contact in SalesLoft. I am supposed to be doing all my calls in SaleLoft but I will always call a potential contact first before adding them into SalesLoft to vet them which means all my first calls to them are not counted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time it takes to send send emails and call.

What do you like best about the product?
The management for automated tasks integrating the apps yo run for your business
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is not quite intuitive and there are some significat limitations when it comes to understand all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a selection of Cadences that can be used to organize mainly an email marketing approach for consultancies on Services B2B. It has a great Analytics tab and the optional Office hours are fair allowing users to have a better understanding of the usage of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having a uniform tool for all my prospects. It's simple, and sometimes simplicity is key. Also, Salesloft is very friendly when it comes to navigating through. I love the tracking portion of it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automation portion of Salesloft doesn't register with my Outlook, getting replies from prospects, and not connecting to salesloft. Also the AI that reads emails and will throw in objections can be off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a specific tool to track, and engage with our sales prospects.
