A true sales enablement tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how GTM Buddy integrates with various platforms and allows access to and sharing content from anywhere. It's currently our single source of truth for all content needs and it's become easier for us to track content adoption and performance. We now have usage metrics of each collateral and can derive insights into what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. The GTM Buddy team has been super proactive ever since we started using the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can collaborate with Sales on various day-to-day tasks like content feedback, new content requests, and other action items. It's easy for us to keep track and close on the Sales Team's requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM buddy makes your client engagement super smooth while helping you share the right content in seconds, track the effectiveness of your outreach, and refer to the collaterals using keywords.
- Integrated with Outlook,
- Insights on the collaterals and their effectiveness,
- Continuous enhancements on the critical requirements,
- Ease of use - You don't need the training to use the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
GTM has been impressive from the beginning. We couldn't realize the gaps so far.

- Sharing the collaterals and not worry about the content size
- Ease of adding the hyperlinks
- Track the productivity and control your content

What do you like best about the product?
The Content management Platform , detailed insights on content usage & visibility on content consumption from sales team. Integration with CRM tools like SFDC is a big highlight

More Advanced LMS features will really help the platform be more agile & useful as a complete Sales Enablement Platform

What do you like best about the product?
GTMBuddy integrates with all the tools that I use in Sales. This makes it super easy to attach any collaterals that I want to share with my prospective clients.

I also like how they are super helpful in terms of supporting their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
GTMbuddy has a great dashboard to search for and manage customer-facing content.
However, once the viewer link is created, it is difficult to remove any item from the viewing slides. The rest of the functionalities work great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving content discovery, management and sharing with the client. It integrates with the tech stack and makes it easy for the sales team to track engagement on the items shared.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all collaterals, information, and relevant data are all kept in one easy-to-use portal. I also like that we can share the information easily to our potential clients through numerous mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any at the moment. So far my experience has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM helps me search and share relevant and important data with my client within minutes after the conversation. I am able to share information quickly which echoes with the product we carry.We say our product is fast and easy. By sharing info in the same manner this tool helps instill the concept of how fast we are.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy recommends me the right content to share based on the opportunity at hand. And the recommendations are pretty consistent and accurate so I don't have to think twice before sending them out. Overall, it's been a real time saver and a great tool to discover content
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any problems with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
.The major problem GTM Buddy is helping me solve is content discovery; be it in terms of recommendations or search engines - I am able to locate the content I am looking for without a glitch. Also, I love the fact that I can host the shared content in a branded environment and GTM Buddy's user-friendly and intuitive UI is an added bonus

What do you like best about the product?
GTMBuddy really helped us answer a question that every person who's ever worked on sales enablement has asked themselves: Am I creating something that people actually find useful? It helped us figure out - who's looking for what content, who's sharing it, who's viewing it and what opportunities it's connected to - and even figure out who's not doing any of the above so we can get their feedback and fix our processes and content :) I think it's really helped close the content gap between marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind right now. I'm not sure why there's a min char field here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy makes creating, distributing, and getting feedback on sales enablement content easy. There's more visibility and a built-in feedback loop which helps us help sales teams even more.

What do you like best about the product?
- intuitive UI/UX
- search/retrieval and tagging is exemplary and helps optimize for geo-specific / workflow-specific collateral
- support from the GTM Buddy Team - customer support is simply great!
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of native GDrive/ Onedrive shortcuts, sharing capabilites have become second nature. Since GTM Buddy replaces that more contextually for a seller, some habituated features would've been great to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is our primary sales enablement tool solving for content storage, sharing and raising of new content requests for better tracking & Collaboration. It's used by our sellers across multiple geographies: USA, India, APAC, Japan.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of GTMBuddy is the email extension that helps sales reps with exactly what it promises: just in-time enablement. Our teams don’t need to navigate to hundred different folders anymore. Any collateral they need, any question they need answered, is just a search away now - within their inbox!

It's easy to set up. Two strong reasons for that -
1. A strong integrations ecosystem, business vocabulary tagging, and AI-based auto-indexing
2. Their commendable team - both technical and customer support - is very generous with their time and resources. They were our partners every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any strong negatives yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Optimizing the current enablement process
- Empowering sales teams with context-specific, in-time enablement
- Allowing better visibility on prospect end content analytics to understand which collaterals are performing well
