What do you like best about the product?
Our customer support team from Branch is exemptional. Quick to respond, always willing to hold working meetings to solve issues or help us innovate effeciencies and improvements. The tools have been easy to implement and adopt for our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizational and search limitations within the dashboard have made auditing tasks a bit cumbersome. Would love to see the search features within the linkhub expanded to include exclusion filters and other utilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting the ability to deep link into our app. Utilizing branch allowed us to expand this capability quicker and easier, while speeding up TTM for deep link targeted communications to customers and business partners. The security of fallback URLs and available redirects has also assisted in improving our UX for these communications.
