Canva Enterprise helps scale local marketing efforts with brand integrity.
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features, specifically, the brand kits and templates available and gated to certain teams within the enterprise system, allows us to have mutliple usecases and workflows within Canva.
Customer Support has been incredible in helping us launch the program for our company.
Lastly, the ability to integrate with other systems will help Canva tie to our platform and applications making it a seamless experience for our potential 20k+ users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all templates need to go through the same workflow and lack of ability to adapt makes it difficult to grow our program. The cost per seat in comparison to the pro version is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is helping keep brand integrity while allowing local markets the autonomy of content creation.

Fun and Easy Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Loved working with Josh Huggins, Canva was always willing to talk through product innovation ideas with us

What do you dislike about the product?
would love to be able to emulate users and troubleshoot on their behalf. would also be interested in a different pricing model (ie license per branch rather than per user) to help with EDJ specific needs

providing our branches ability to customize marketing materials that are brand-compliant

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and various pathways to get something created, rolled out, and maintained through approvals across all our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random roadblocks like having to take 3 extra steps to make a Course Banner, but I think Canva does a great job at hearing the feedback from these and getting a fix in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EASE OF USE!! It used to take forever to get our recruiters up to speed in the space and understanding all the different paths/steps to take to get what they need, whereas now, we have courses set up that guide them so we don't have to do that heavy lifting anymore.
Canva is our Go-To for Learning & Development videos, PDF's and presentations!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is most helpful to our Instructional designers as it is easy to use, there is never any downtown so it allows them to create daily, the continuous improvements by Canva gives more creative avenues and having a huge library of assets available to our Instructional Designers is also a huge blessing! The ease of saving projects in different formats and integrating them into another program to deliver our internal training to our employees is the best part of using Canva. As an industry leader, we need to provide engaging L&D content to our employees in order to provide first class customer support in our Telecommunications business to remain the best and retain customers. We love Canva and wouldn't use any other software program!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any negatives aspects of Canva Enterprise!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our Telecommunications company, new products, changes in current products, yearly pricing and packages changes, new hire onboarding, upskilling to new skillsets, and HR communications are things we need to achieve to be successful. We use Canva Enterprise to create our training content or update content that has been created in the past, to provide top notch, fun, engaging training for our internal clients. By investing into our L&D program, we are able to stay an industgry leader, engage our employees in a fun way, ensure our employees are knowledgeable about our services and products we offer and support, and have higher retention rates than national averages. Something to mention, we also use Axonify to store our Canva created videos, tasks, PDF's and questions to deliver to our employees. We have used other software, and nothing is as easy to use as Canva Enterprise. It helps keep cost down and each of our Instructional Designers are able to create several videos each week instead of one every couple of weeks with other software!

What do you like best about the product?
There's many things I like about Canva; the tech itself as a design platform is exceptional and easy to use, the support and onboarding teams are first class and will work tirelessly for you as a customer for ease of implementation. What I like the most, is the opportunity to own your own destiny to create something unique and special for your business with Canva's API's. The Connect and AutoFill API's are easy to integrate and allow you to potentially push into areas that drive frequency of use, efficiencies and ultimately profitability to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I dislike about Canva but as an Enterprise customer with a large network with many users, there's elements we don't want our users to see / use, but I also acknowledge that's part and partial to the system. Maybe one day where you can curate the interface to suit the requirements of the customer, that could be a worthy discovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand consistency and software consolidation. Canva ensures the integrity of the assets are kept in place with the lockdown feature, it also allows flexibility / creativity when needed on particular assets. Canva's functionality is so diverse that it can help consolidate your tech stack, saving money on subscriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I'm a Figma user so compared with Figma, canva is less easy to align layers.
- And I don't like the fact that if I use the templates generated from the admins of our company, I don't have the freedom to break or change the elements in the template on my own slides

Collaboration and amazing features!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work in a team and on multiple projects. We use it to keep all of our imagery, brand templates and colours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many design features as some other program but it works so well to collaborate that I end up using it anyway.

Working together with a team and integrating with apps.
Makes designing on brand presentations and assets super easy
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, didn't require any tutorials to get started or elaborate setup. I am a designer but it's a product that can be used by anyone, and I still use Canva for my presentations over other design tools. It makes it especially easy to have all the company branding, assets and templates accessible. Customer support is also great, when we had issues the team were quick to respond and jump on a call to help resolve the issue.

There are some features that took me a while to discover/weren't as intuitive.

It helps centralise processes and brand assets for creating presentations across the company to ensure we have consistent templates and branding both internally and externally
Efficient way to generate branded content
What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of branded templates, fonts and high quality images available. Use extensively for linkedin post and a4 flyers

Our photo imagery has a certain kind of tone/style. It would be great if this was a kind of categorisation of the imagery.
