It’s the Small Things That Matter
What do you like best about the product?
For me the most useful tool is the manual email check function where you can validate the account which was used to make a particular transaction. The system gives a score for the email, shows the registered online profiles and even gives information about the possible data breaches. It is very useful and makes my every day work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single thing, the whole site is really good, stable, user friendly and in case of system malfunction I can always contact their support staff who are really helpful and solve every problem in an instant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day fraud chasing activities. The main benefit of Seon is that I have more information which is the basis of a decision and I can gather these information faster. Seon is a fast growing and developing company whos fraud prevention tool are tailored for the business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
In our endless fight against fraud, SEON have given us a critical and winning weapon. SEON helped us every step of the way with our implementation and have continued to be super responsive to all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have not found anything we overly dislike not he platform. The tech is developing quickly and we have a constant feedback loop with the team, meaning any issues are quickly ironed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor signups, block people we believe to be fraudulent, and ultimately understand which payment gateways a user should be using. SEON basically saves us money.

We haven't been able to remove the manual review phase yet, hope to do this in the future

- identify potentially risky accounts and block them to prevent fraud in the future

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the plugin integrates seamlessly onto webpages where I may be conducting an investigation on an account. Just one click and a detailed analysis is ready for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the plugin is great overall, I'm finding myself wishing that the "Check email" button that pops up could be smaller. In practice, it doesn't actually negatively affect me as I can simply move my mouse cursor away to see any text it could be covering. It would also be great if the analysis would provide links directly to profiles instead of saying they exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily using SEON for email verification. So far, it's speeding up the process without sacrificing quality so I'm able to spend less time manually gathering information and more time making decisions instead.
Supportive product, a great tool to help fight emerging fraud trends

Crisp interface, having a personalized dashboard and listing recent cases, good for comparing trends you are trying to keep track of.

Had some difficulty getting the extension to work in Chrome

What do you like best about the product?
SEON provides the relevant data needed to detect fraudulent accounts. The Scoring Engine provides flexibility and is customizable to our organization instead of a one size fits all approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we weren't using SEON sooner to save time and money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can take a deeper look at payments and accounts which allows me to make quicker decisions.
Nice platform I've ever used recently
What do you like best about the product?
I'm the guy built this integration API. Just want to say the performance is really impressive. It replied pretty fast & i still didn't see any troubles with service unavailable or any complains about the time outs.
It performed really nice until now.
Beside that, SEON also have the dashboard to keep track of all analysis. Its GUI is easy-use and set it up.
The SEON team is every eager to support us. I really like this attitude. Keep going team :)

What do you dislike about the product?
I gave point 8 because I still need some times to keep an eye on this, but until now i have no complains about the Fraud.

Fraud, it always is fraud detection :)
Easy to integrate and a lot of info to help fraud detection

The integration with Seon was very easy. The information that we receive from them is very useful to detect fraud.

Some fields on the documentation where not very well explained and we had to ask them.

There are some bugs from time to time (in checking other platforms' info such as telegram, whatsapp, etc.)
