- UI, look and feel and generally a fast adoption curve for people in my group

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sharing with non paid licensed Miro users can be limiting for my use case. While most in my immediate team are licensed, others can only see and comment on boards, better options to be able to add post its or objects would be appreciated for non paying collaborators. I understand its for commercial reasons but there are times where I've had to use alternatives due to not all my meeting being licensed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding workshop style meetings when working remotely is difficult and Miro makes it easier
Intuitive, visual, and they're easy to get
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool that anyone can use intuitively and share information visually.
You can easily start writing (or drawing) with the various templates already available.
You can freely express yourself by inserting a variety of shapes and images.
And the board is infinitely large, allowing you to rearrange what you write on it.
It's better than the real whiteboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro cannot treat information as a data structure, so Miro needs to be used in conjunction with other tools.
However, collaboration with external services is still in its infancy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything about the design is realized with Miro, from the beginning of the study of the business concept to the actual system design.
Business, planning, engineering, and even management can share information right on the whiteboard.
Sharing information in Miro is very effective in avoiding inconsistencies in information perception, which can be fatal in a fast-moving project.

Miro team exercise
What do you like best about the product?
I liked best that Miro board has changed our team dynamics, as it is interactive and you can all write on the board it eliminates some classic disruptive meeting behaviors and you get to see the input on brainstorming much more effectively (not just the 'loudest'
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to set up all the users and when starting the meeting had to explain them how this works, this is really something that is only happening the first session, but for people to be on the right link and understand it need to plan some time in the meeting agenda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better outcomes on brainstorming as the input is equally listed and this leads to better review and insight of ideas
Miro makes sharing ideas easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an awesome platform for taking ideas that you have in your head, and putting them down in a form that is easy to understand. It has all the tools you need to effectively communicate to workmates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be an issue communicating with workmates who do not have a miro account,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Got my whole team to join!

Lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to cut cells from Excel and Miro automatically converts them into stickies. I also like being able to direct link users to objects on the board and being able to embed docs in the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it really hard to share boards with others in my organization due to weird permission issues. While it says that everyone at my company has access to all the board, I still have to manually invite people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for everything it seems. I use it for visual planning for my team, ideating, design studios, synthesizing information. It's been pretty well adopted by the company so it's a great tool for collaboration.
MIRO a great tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more options and better cascading menus.

Workflow for projects, sandbox to collect creative ideas and connect them.
Invaluable virtual war room
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible, blank, limitless canvas
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to drop decks into the program for review and edits. I'd love it to link to a ppt or Indesign with edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration with teams and clients
Best research tool for UX
What do you like best about the product?
It is collaborative and has a lot of useful templates. Very smooth and good user experience. Our team at Deloitte use Miro when we have to brainstorm on problem statements and a zoom call with Miro just works the best while exchanging ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some tech error, sometimes the boards get locked automatically. A recommendation I would like to give is adding a feature to conduct user research. Once we wanted to share a board among 50 candidates for 50 different responses but could not share it as it needs 50 separate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly brainstorming, ideation, keeping track of research, planning research etc. We generally start with the questions regarding the problem and try to fill up the research with various templates.
The benefits are very visible, first of all, the walls look clean now as we don’t have to use post-it notes anymore. And when we have to present our research to the clients it becomes very easy. Another benefit is that we add the clients to the boards sometimes and they collaborate with us. Which is a great experience for clients also.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very useful tool if you are in the field of UX design, I would say a must-have tool.
