What do you like best about the product?
The process in onboarding has been fantastic, great support and customer service. The team are taking us on a fantastic journey to automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment we haven't seen anything to dislike just yet...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're excited to be able to automate a lot of the admin side of our business through Workato. This means at the click of a button we can onboard or off board members of the team. We also plan to have our complex integrations with third parties easily managed through workato.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented workato as part of our technology stack with our new Warehouse management system.
It allowed us to transform how we manage integrations with our customers, and through the journey discovered more business use cases we didn't expect.

No issues with the product but the price increase this year was a shock.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and flexibility of the platform including the ability to run Ruby code directly in the platform without maintaining servers
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like some additional lines and detail of the stack trace when debugging a Ruby Code snippet as the current response on error doesn't actually list the line the error was encountered which is a problem for larger code blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with clients and business partners are significantly faster and we can always go above and beyond to deliver a solution that is seamless for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Workato support many times and they are the most helpful and structured support I've ever worked with. Quick to reply, fair if there's no apparent solution, and willing to go deeper if you have a specific problem!
What do you dislike about the product?
A ticket followup system would be nice so you can look back at them in a more structured way than a chat. Maybe an AI recap of the chat would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a user-friendly, no-code/low-code platform that allows non-technical users to create automations with top speed. Its visual flowchart type recipe building allows developers to learn quickly. Unlike other tools that may introduce confusing terminology, Workato utilizes familiar programming concepts, making it easy for technical users to adapt.
Our experience with Workato has been well. The customer support team is helpful, assisting us with troubleshooting, debugging, and help build complex formulas. Workato has become main tool for our clients, making ETL processes and business automation across all departments with ease. The platform's citizen developer program has been particularly useful, enabling our product owners and stakeholders to quickly adopt the tool and implement automations.
Workato's cool features have majorly hepled in implementation of our integrations very easily. It's hard to imagine our daily operations without it as we use it frequently.

Currently, there's no specific feature or improvement that I dislike. However, if platform provides debug logs for individual steps, even for if condition, and how they got executed, it'll help devs troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Our day to day manual work has been reduced across departments. It also helped in reducing software licensing costs by utilizing an API platform.

Its integration capabilities are robust, supporting a wide range of apps and services. The ability to automate business processes across different systems is seamless, which has significantly reduced manual work and improved efficiency in our operations

The pricing can be high for smaller businesses, and the learning curve for some of the more advanced features can be steep.

Honestly nothing at the moment. I wish every action has debug logs for all applications by default.
