Long and complicated process but they stuck with us the whole time.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it. They have been very helpful, and haven't charged for additional support except for very specific out of scope things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the people we have dealt with are overseas and a support ticket placed today will not be addressed until at least tomorrow. Sometimes the gap in time is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soon going to be allowing us to reduce data entry. We have to enter information in two and sometimes three systems. This allows is to do most of the work in the CRM, much of it automated, and then complete the work in the ERP.
