Made the switch to Flosum
What do you like best about the product?
Flosum’s UI is Salesforce - so it’s much easier to use. The merge functionality has saved us a ton of time and unlike other release management tools, the implementation was quick and simple and their support team has been completely available to us. The product is intuitive and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all at flosum the features and the functionality and the optimize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have anything

Flosum is great all around
What do you like best about the product?
1) easy to implement
2) Awesome support
3) Very strong version control system with great merging features
4) Works with lightning web components, aura definition bundles, and static resources
5) Security is great - do not have to open IP ranges or open up access to your production org
6) Flosum doesn’t have backdoor access to my data like all other tools
7) So intuitive - Flosum is the only actual native solution out there so it’s just like using Salesforce… so easy to learn

Flosum is an amazing company providing various salesforce services especially native version control which is very impressive. Also, flosum created unique needs for admins and developers. It has robust set of quality control features which factor in the concepts of static code analysis, code coverage and user story.
It engaged with more partners and systems integrators to deliver business value in the cloud, which enables rapid and high-quality innovation with its products and services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Flosum to streamline our profile migration process in Salesforce, which reduces the amount of previously used manual processes. Processing and approving changes that are required in each deployment has been a breeze and this ultimately makes managing permission sets an efficient and secure process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish we would have started with this product sooner! We implemented the solution a few months ago and are loving it so far. Our Customer Success Manager was great with set up and training. Love that it integrates with bitbucket, but the Flosum version control functionality has been awesome - especially the ability to mergf lightning components. Like that you can track destructive changes. Filtering metadata components for deployment is super easy. Love the deployments page and Impact Analysis Feature. Pull request functionality is great.
Amazing deployment process
What do you like best about the product?
Significantly reduces time spent on deployment process. Implementation was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any particular thing which i did not like about flosum in my experience.

Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The high-quality customer service I’ve received from the Flosum team. Not only is the tool great but the support has made it even easier and more enjoyable to implement. I find great value and comfort knowing when I have questions they will be addressed in an inviting way with a quick turnaround.

Nothing so far, happy with the platform.

Packaging changes from developers in the same release, audit tracking to simplify the compliance process, profile changes, etc.

If you are searching for a release management tool for Salesforce, I highly recommend Flosum. The tool has addressed so many of our pain points in a seamless way - and when we get stuck there is an excellent customer service team for support.
Saves so much time!

Our team was using changesets for deployments, having to recreate packages for each development stage. Flosum makes packaging deployments so much easier - it seriously has saved us so much time, and my release manager is thrilled.

Best migration tool - Too many features
What do you like best about the product?
Easily move date from one org to another org, can now easily work with multiple developers and dev orgs.
Easily Sync org and deploy it within time.
Also, it would be more helpful with CD where you can sync with source org, get the latest code, update it, push to branch and ready to deploy. They have also approval process where each developer can change their code by getting the latest code, push source code, send for approval, once the manager approves it, it will be ready to deploy.
This process can be done automatically by scheduling it, so overall great process configured.
