Flosum solves the pain points of Salesforce Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
There are many benefits of Flosum,
1. Developers spends lots of time in merge and deployment, this tool makes the work easy and allows developer to concentrate on their functional coding pieces.
2. Two way sync and taking care code overwriting issue is great feature.
3. Native Version Control System reduce the overhead for developer during merge process.
4. Since builtin into Salesforce, it makes life easy and very much secured.
5. In order to prepare for deployment, usually myself and my team spending lots of time in preparing package.xml and then create a build, then deploy to respective environments and deployment failed. Add the missing components, retry again and this goes on for 1-2 days that's pain we're facing. But this tool provide all the details on what's changes since the last snapshot pack that and more to PROD, which is going to save lots of time.
6. Integration with Github is very good feature.
7. Installation is very simple like use it once the go.
8. Giving impact analysis feature is great one to have, so that developer know exactly what are the impacts of the changes they do.
9. Dashboard with charts on number of each components is added advantage, shows how well we're using each Salesforce components.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, it's great tool and saves lots of developer efforts for sure. It's not like much to have, but nice to have maybe user interface on standard Salesforce lighting page can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The development changes we do are manually being tracked in each JIRA ticket and finally during deployment we're preparing package xml using the information available and then creating build using ANT. Now these pains are completely remove and we can create snapshot there on we'll know all the changes happening in the environment that's smart and saves lots of time for each deployment.

Easy to use release management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is natively built on Salesforce and is so easy to configure and use.
Linking changes to Jira tickets is also a great feature.
Also, the rollback feature is really useful.
And one more thing is that you don't need any CLI experience to get this up and running.

The pricing model can be changed slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it so easy to identify changes in metadata and code and resolve any issues before deployments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like that Folosum makes it easy to see changes in both configuration and code which saves time resolving any issues before the deployment.
Flosum for Force.com
What do you like best about the product?
Every Developer challenging includes Collaboration while worked on a Shared resource like Salesforce. Flosum helps improving Salesforce efficiency with respect to code changes proactively and efficiently. Comparatively Flosum suits best for Force.com for its integration capabilities.
1.When deployment is failed developer must start it from the scratch, and the amount of time it takes to perform the whole deployment is worthless. Flosum helps to integrate entire data and also allows selecting fields, records and objects which needs to be migrated.

As of now I have not noticed any serious draw backs

Benefit includes its advantages over other version control systems as 100% component integration. Ease of access to recent changes and simple roll back options. Even minor changes by any developer in the team can be monitored. UI friendly application which improves usability

Flosum is a powerful tool for Release Management and very useful for deployment purpose.it is fully integrated with Salesforce i can run reports within your Salesforce org and show deployment flows in dashboards.It is secure for various Permissions to each user in order to access this tool.it is easy to use, easy to find what is changed in source org so that we can select the required component and this tool is well developed it saves time and improves the productivity.

introduced more new features to easily access another wise it is a good and helpful tool.

new version of salesforce didn't access project of old version properly . after using flosum its seems quiet helpful to access.

• It was challenging to manage changesets with another DevOpp tool but Flosum is the best tool so far that overcomes this very lag.
• Flosum has easy configurations and can easily install and start without many efforts.
• Security is great, Flosum is a powerful tool to easily differentiate the differences between the old and current version of apex components.
• I like the whole integrated solution with Version Control, Merge Editor, Deployment Engine and Static Code Analysis inside of Salesforce without having to log into other tools.

Why Flosum is the only reliable Salesforce Application Development
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a fantastic platform for building applications quickly. However, Salesforce lacks many different components that allow for easy collaboration. That weakness is an attribute that gives Flosum its strength. What I personally like best about Flosum is that developers can individually focus on smaller sections of a major project, and still see what other developers are working on. This makes the productivity of the project greater, and allows for less time to be wasted. Force.com Migration Tool never allowed for this kind of collaboration to happen. So, I can indefinitely say that I recommend Flosum for Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything particular feature from Flosum that I dislike. If I do find something that I think can be better, I will for sure contact Flosum and give them my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Flosum, its easy to track changes, which makes the ability of my team working together so easier. I can hold everyone accountable for their part of the project. I just can’t say enough about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of repositories and Release Management tools out there but none of them are fully integrated with Salesforce. Salesforce devs and especially Salesforce admins don't like to leave Salesforce and with Flosum they don't have to. You can manage the whole Release Cycle from the Flosum Salesforce app.
