Initial setup can be challenging but there are lots of resources available for learning
What do you like best about the product?
One central location to find logs, errors, and view custom dashboards. I really like the App Catalog and the pre-made dashboards/saved searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding stuff like scheduled searches isn't intuitive but lots of documenation available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sumo Logic helps solve how we identify problems and monitor our cloud infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
SOC Team I Lead has been managing SOAR since 2018 with incredible feedback and enhancement in Security Managed Services for our customers and our infrastructure, tooo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, dunno. I've to think about it. Support is awesome andwith R&D department interactions are extremely fruitful, too. Now we look forward to new brand version.

SOARtechnology gives our Incident Handling and response team a huge vision over infrastructure

I like that once you know how to set it up and get what you need from it, it is beyond helpful

There does seem to be a bit of technical setup. As a PM I had an engineer walk me through how he set it up and that was enough.

It's helping us monitor anomalies for signups coming in to see if we are tracking to what we expect to see or not.

That it can integrate with our LMS and give us alerts when things arent functioning properly

That it can be complicated to create a board, but I guess us non-engineers shouldn't know how to write queries anyway

Sumologic: Easy to use SIEM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is the best among all other SIEM tools, Also they are providing ready-to-use applications to onboard data sources. They provide ready-to-use prebuilt dashboards. They are also giving built-in rules to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no report fetching functionality available in Sumologic Cloud SIEM enterprise. Also old dashboards we are not able to download it in PDF or JSON or JPEG format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is collecting all data source logs in one place so it is easy to monitor all security data sources effectively and without logging into different portals. Also, it is easy to create rules for custom use cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really good SIEM tool who are also giving lots of prebuilt stuffs.

The best thing is the ability to monitor a patient's health parameters with doctors.
Plus, it also alerts the nearby nurses or hospital staff in case of any incident or emergency.
It gives us a unified view of all the patient log data in one place.

Great Experience with SOAR software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, customize and to integrate with other IT systems, The software is really very easy to implement and use. Has a lot of powerful functionalities that permit a complete management of security incidents and the automation of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very satisfied with the software and we have nothing to dislike.

The Playbook section is well designed, powerful and totally customizable (as you can expect from a SOAR platform). Architectural options and openness provide a lot of flexibility.
