Sumo Logic is a Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sumo Logic on a every day basis to debug the Call flow. Sumo Logic Log search is a fantastic tool that provides good log search mechanisam. Sumo Logic rich in tools helps to quickly debug the voice call flow with its clear log details.
Traces are very clear in Sumo Logic helps to find what we required.
Metrics are also very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fantastic. No issues in Sumo Logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sumo Logic helps me to quickly understand the voice call flow and find the issue in the flow. It helps to debug the issue quickly.

As I mentioned previously it helps us to analyse logs from various client environments and that helps to easily debug issues
Real Time Monitoring and alerting for Mulesoft
What do you like best about the product?
We are using the on-prem Mulesoft as our integration platform. We have more than 200+ applications with millions of messages on a daily basis. We have integrated with Sumologic for log monitoring and real time alerts. We are able to setup alerting using the out of the box and also setup dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have seen the log entries are getting duplicated and also the time stamps are mismatched with the source entries.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are very comprehensive and offer a variety of ways to view your data. I find the pricing structure easy to understand and forecast, which is complemented by the analytic abilities the platform has to offer.
I also feel it is important to state that the level of support and dedication to your account is spectacular. Sumo make the relationship feel like a partnership.
Sumo Logic has integrated seamlessly into our tech stack, and is used every second of the day. Implementation is simple and well supported, it would be hard to replace.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is definitely premium. This isn't to say it doesn't offer good value, it really does. I have also found the script language difficult to learn.

Sumo is helping us identify incidents and accurately log our production servers.

I work with customer experience teams, sumo logic helps in triaging and resolving issues faster

It is easy to use. I like the documentations. The copilot plugin is helpful too. I have been using SumoLogic for different tools pretty often and they are great and we can categorize data or shard them easily.

More examples on the documentation section can be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We value sumologic as our SIEM on security. It is very helpful on query and ease of use for monitoring and setting up alerts. We use this everyday for critical monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more tutorials on queries and pipelines. Monitoring on logging size too.

Sumo Logic effectively solves issues related to log management and real-time monitoring, enabling me to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems, gain valuable insights from data, and enhance overall system performance, which ultimately improves operational efficiency.
Sumo is best tool to get the collective information like logs, features and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of easy usage while writing queries to get collective information with the help of Copilot. Very easy to implement to get the data by the number of features and integration in the application as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not storing more than 90 days of data to fetch, if they can keep at least 180 days of data, that would be great.

We have added triggers to get collective of information by features and log, to analyze from our side to improve our product day to day.
