What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the customization options salesforce provides , I also like the community support salesforce provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is the cost, the platform can be a little expensive for some users .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force is helping me when it comes to organizing customer data , which helps with better decision making .

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful, connects multiple tools and abilities into a hollistic package.
Also allows for a lot of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's possible to get lost, or to miss opportunities, if you don't have an expert onboarding and supporting you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple efforts, from marketing, lead gen, sales enablement, pre-sales, sales - all the way down the funnel and connected to business results.
At each stage it can provide tools to assist and monitor the work done.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboar interface is easy and provide actionable visualizations to support reports extract and reaching specifc data - easy data-driven decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance information looks confusing. I would enjoy having a dinamic tutorial playing on my first login. I use almost everyday checking timecards and employee/contractors information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end the most important is that Salesforce centralize our operations, reducing the time and data loose while switching between platforms and improves data accuracy on the reports I need to extract.

Frustrating limits in strange places - e.g. can only mass update 200 records at a time

What do you like best about the product?
Its kanban boards and sales path.Cutomizable real time reports and dashboards.Its process builder and workflow rules streamline the sales cycle.Salesforce mobile app allows to access CRM from anywhere.It provides accurate AI based sales forecasts.It has a feature called chatterwhich allows to share updates within salesforce quickly.I have been regularly using this tool for past 5 years for my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this tool but salesforce is cosidered expensive so pricing can be an issue for small companies.While salesforce is highly customizable, extensive modification require experienced developer.Sometimes its slow while loading the dashboards or reports particularly when there is a significant data volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vast range of features and customization options can make salesforce a little difficult for new users which often need formal training or experienced admin.But this complexity translates into flexibility and scalability. Once mastered users gain access to advanced tools like automation,analytics and AI which improve the productivity in long run.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines sales by providing a single platform for lead tracking, task automation, insights, mobile work, and organization. For sales teams, it increases productivity and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be costly for small organizations, difficult to understand, and occasionally requires specialists for more complex changes. Additionally, it may be sluggish when handling large amounts of data or overloaded with capabilities you may not require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Deals Cloud makes a difference illuminate issues like disorganized deals forms, time-consuming manual assignments, and need of perceivability into deals execution. It benefits me by centralizing client information, mechanizing monotonous assignments, and giving real-time bits of knowledge, permitting me to work more proficiently and near bargains

What do you like best about the product?
Using it since long and that too on a daily basis. If you are facing any issues, most likely you are not aware of anything, you have their wonderful customer support who are their to help you. Salesforce comes u with multiple features and easy integration with any other application.

Implementing salesforce is also an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the costing and lack of awareness about the products and its licenses to the customers can be the reason of its dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my lead to nurture and making the deals closed won.
