I experienced zscaler services while working for a retail group of UAE.
What do you like best about the product?
Rports was very easy to understand and self explainatory
What do you dislike about the product?
i never came across a point where i dislike anything about zscaler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized admin access across multiple business locations.

What do you like best about the product?
High availability and it's fully cloud native architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be disliked, but yes it's quite expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Granular Policy When users on Office premises and Road warrior. I can enforce the same Policy restrictions whether a user on office or user on roaming
What do you dislike about the product?
i would recommend Zscaler route all internet traffic apart from 80 and 443. todays when users on Roaming ( road warrior ) we need to evaluate apart from web traffic

Exception Policy on the PAC file.
Exception Policy for Users on Road warrior ( allowing Hotstar Netflix only on user on roadwarrior will be blocked when a user in office for bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best part. IPs are provisioned, then from the desktop you just click to authenticate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no faults with zscaler thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler is helping us ensure that our internet traffic is going over a secure tunnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No advice to give. Zscaler is very straightforward and reliable.

It's fully cloud native architecture, So there is no maintenance & patching to be done.
We can do one click bypass of O365 traffic & global whitelist of internal URL's.
It's easy to deploy & roll out the new technology.

As comparatively with other product it seems bit expensive

We feel protected against the malicious websites, Malicious file download & greater visibility of internet usage

The deployment is simple.
Policy configuration / agent roll out / global whitelisting / blocklisting is much easier
DLP policies help you to get insights in what users are doing with your sensitive data
Sandboxing will provide additional layer security of zero day threat

Handy, Secure and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
ZIA came in very handy at times where my org was looking at having control and visibility on Laptops being used for Working from Home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, there is nothing to be disliked. The solution is so customizable that makes its easy to pick up solutions that suits or needs and fits the bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control on Road Warriors. Benefits like, a analysis report for Executives and a detailed report on Internet access and the threats addressed. Control on SSL traffic and applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This would be a one stop solution for the current situation, to have full control on Laptops being used to access the Corp resources and a Secure Gateway for Internet.

Best part is about making policies so that we can restrict to someone to enter in the environment

Currently we are facing issue with Okta in zscaler

High availability, easy to configure for admins, and very stable and smooth browsing control.

The login process and UI is not much interactive which can be in improved

Whitelist and blacklist of various websites as per customer requirements. The benefit is it's very easy to configure with very less false negatives.
