Low coding and achieving top Web apps
What do you like best about the product?
Through its flexibility and its range of features, the technology allows us to build solid Web applications both visually and functionally
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology 'Enterprise' and 'Universal' licenses are expensive. Obviously, the techology delivers excelent quality, and as we know...a quality product is pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing an insurance Web application to be used by the clinical staff itself.

the speed of code delivery. The adaptation to the AGILE methodology is very good

the problem with performance in mobile applications

As I don't come from the IT area, my entry into OS was progressive and faster than other technologies.

Fast development and delivery of solutions.
My favorite functionality is the debug which allows to very easily find where are the "problems".

There is nothing to point out to Outsystems.

I have been working in different business areas(insurance, financial, education, transports, health,...) and in most part of the applications used I didn't participate from the beginning but it was easy for me to start developing by easily understanding what has been done by other people.

The easyness to develop a fully operational application in a short period of time

In large environments, with hundreds of applications, the architecture must be very well designed for the whole environment to be suitable for changes and updates for a single or severall applications

Fast adoptability by the programmers (even those that were developing in more "orthodox" platforms).

You can develop something functional in a very short period of time with very little code.
There is a lot of information available with a lot of quality.

What I least like is the need to do many Querys.

The problems solved are several, depending on the project in which I'm inserted, the biggest advantages of the platform are the procedures all well documented.

Easy to use. Customers happy. Job done in less time comparing to classic tecnologies/programming languages.

Terrible licensing. Rules change every year.
