What do you like best about the product?
That my co workers can also be on the same screen and we can collaborate online live in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
None actually I love that I can use it with confluence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had no where else to go to for creating diagrams. Lucid is my only solution and i like it a lot
