Tealium is good and could be great....
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how easy it is to use and how it doesnt necessarily feel like a work program. Its intuitive at times and has good features compared to other systems ive used for customer support. I noticed i was more productive
What do you dislike about the product?
i feel like it isnt as seamless as other customer data hubs, i noticed our in house system works faster and more seamless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cant really say i had any problems but it does benefit me by managing accounts easily
