What do you like best about the product?
The full user Managment of our company to get the correct rights and access for our employees

The user interface is not user friendly and the forms are not much customizable

One of the best IGA Tools in the Market is SailPoint IIQ
What do you like best about the product?
I like SailPoint becuase for their high quality products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Security cloud. They are the leaders in the IGA Space. They have broad list of connectors to support different applications integrations. SailPoint products are robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed working with SailPoint support time. Most of the time support team asks for the unnecessary details when we raise a case with support team. When folks from India raises tickets we get a response in different timezone by that time we can't replay immediately. In India working hour we will replay and then some one from onsite team replies back during night time, this process goes many days. When we ask for the call or meeting in overlap hours they denies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we have implemented Lifecycle events such as Joiner and Leaver. We also automated user access reviews for couple for LDAPS to support SOX and SOC Compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint ISC IGA product with good features, scalable,
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost, lack in customization, issues resolution so slow and most of the times gets closed without resolutions, and customer idea portal has Bigggggggg backlog.
Very slow support, keep asking useless questions and tries to move most of the solution to Expert services

SailPoint for its robust identity governance, strong security posture, automation that saves time and costs, compliance facilitation, and scalable architecture suited for complex enterprises

Licensing fees, infrastructure expenses, and ongoing maintenance make SailPoint a costly solution, which may be prohibitive for smaller organizations or those with limited budgets

Mixed feelings
What do you like best about the product?
SailPoint is fairly good at listening to their customers and often flexible enough to adjust to their needs. Their product portfolio and the offerings themselves have matured significantly over the years and are now getting to a pretty solid point. Furthermore, with the introduction of SailPoint's developer community, they've managed to bring together the engineers from both the vendor and customer sides, which has been great great. Last, but not least, their customer success managers have been a pleasure to work with and serve as real advocates for the customers. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is and has always been a struggle, particularly when it comes to observed issues and bugs. There is little to no clarity on how long it's going to take to solve any given issue, unless it's the whole tenant is unavailable. Other than that, despite the great strides in maturing the products, there is still some very basic (and I'd argue core) IGA functionality missing from the product, although it's already being worked upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All things identity and access management - SailPoint helped us get rid of fragmented legacy IAM systems and move to a singular solution.
Quality, Versatility, and Reliability: All in One
What do you like best about the product?
I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Not only is the product of excellent quality, but it has also proven to be extremely versatile, adapting perfectly to most of my daily needs.
It’s clear that great care has gone into its design and choice of materials. In addition, the customer service was helpful and professional, ready to answer any questions I had.
In a market where reliability and quality are often hard to find together, this company is a refreshing exception. Highly recommended!

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that support is available only in English

Identity governance must ensure the reliable and traceable deactivation of all accounts associated with a given identity when that identity is revoked.

Legal and audit requirements to demonstrate user access rights, self service user access certification process and identity provisioning
Easy Deployment and Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's an awesome tool that allows us to automate our onboarding and offboarding tasks with ease. I like the ability to create custom workflows for situations that need it.
When we've had issues, SailPoint's support team has been pretty on top of things. They respond quickly and I've had some team members go above and beyond to try and help us troubleshoot what is going on.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced so far is with links from guides. Sometimes they are broken links to pages no longer available. To go along with that, sometimes the error messages we receive in the tenant aren't always so detailed, which forces us to open a case with Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a current business process that is supposed to disable contractors if they are not active within a certain amount of time. With the option of Workflows, we were able to work with our implementation partner and create a Workflow that tracks users logon timestamps, and will disable if they are not signing in within a certain time frame.

The easy way of getting things done. From the tradicional LCM to complex workflows, SailPoint delivers a incredible set of tools to empower your team to deliver more with less effort. Being a data-centric solution, all features are connected so we can make sure that all people and machines have the right access at any time.
The support team helps with problems and the design of new capacities as well, not letting us alone in the path.

We still need to do a lot of code to make everything run smoothly, and this can get very difficult to control since tiny details can derive huge impacts - for good and for bad.

To deliver more with efficiency and quality, while reducing the risk exposure and providing a nice user experience for our employees and nom-employees.
