Efficient Protected Messaging

What do you like best about the product?
Faster communcation with Hosptials and interneally that provide protected PHI and patient results allowing for better patient care and medical staff proficenecy
What do you dislike about the product?
The High priority alert is so loud when it goes off it startles me so much that I Jump out my chair. Allowing to Copy the text to send or forward to another chanin within TT would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inhouse and outside of organization with clients to ensure better patient care and collobartion during and after working hours. We have unrolled this to many diffrent clients opening the communication up tremodously.

What do you like best about the product?
not only is it HIPPA compliant, but it has helped immensely in several time critical situations that have occured within our organization. Ultimately this helped our clients in a positive fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any! It suffices everything we as an organization was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with connecting our nurses to on call doctors seeking guidance for various situations that occur in our day to day operations. It has increased performance in time critical situations immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of the TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration platform is the the ability to create custom user groups to discuss specific patient topics and conversation areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience all functions and features are currently working extremely well in the PAM Health hospital facility sites.

TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration platform is providing a optimal solution for collaboration across clincial disclipines.

Patient Privacy, Ease of use and the ability to add or remove individuals to group texts
What do you dislike about the product?
The urgent text notification is too loud and can be extremely disruptive. I have told clinicians not to use it, to send me a text or call me instead.

What do you like best about the product?
HIPPA compliance; ability to share photos and vidoes with confidentiality; I also like its ability to announce emergent issues around our center, regarding technical difficulties; so all is aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, the main problem is how staff uses the app. Sometimes they treat as an email system. But this is not a application but more of staff training on the appropriateness of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect Clinical collaboration Platform addresses issues that requires instant attention to patient care to the physician; it is faster than an email with its alert system, with alert sounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to communicate effectively and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tag or save a paticular thread so that it doesn't get lost with all other messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to safely speak about our patients in a timely manner while in the patients homes. If assistance from a clinical manager is needed, they are able to respond in a timely manner.
