Moved our Team from spreadsheets & file folders to the future!
What do you like best about the product?
We have tried a lot of organization methods for our workflow as a Publishing and Rights management team, but NOTHING has worked nearly as well as Airtable. It has such an easy interface that accommodates & includes members of our team who are less tech-inclined, but has so much depth that our more technical members can really customize it to fit our needs and expand our efficacy as a team. I have loved being able to create personalized views with unique structure to quickly display data in meetings. We started using Airtable for only specific projects, but have quickly expanded use to each of our daily tasks, including financial records, payment processing, collaboration with other teams within our company, and more. Also, they made the transition / onboarding of our data from Google Sheets / Excel so seamless! You could ask any member of our team and they would say Airtable has given us a platform to really expand the reach of our small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form feature does not offer much room for customization and has pretty limited options for data collection. I would love to see this expand in the future, specifically the ability to submit multiple line items in one entry, or the ability to pre-fill portions of the form per guest (i.e. Publisher enters Account name & can see their licensed titles or open invoices).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has given us a platform for a unified data "source-of-truth" across different departments. Specifically with managing our team's contacts, term negotiation updates, and the statuses of the hundreds of projects that come through our department each week. Also, it has helped us exponentially increase our professionalism & best practices with Accounts Receivable. We would LOVE to see Airtable offer an integration with Bill.com.

Airtable data for agency
What do you like best about the product?
Love the user friendliness of Airtable! Customer service was amazing to work with when I had questions. I use on a daily basis. Part of my agency uses the paid version now and we are hoping the rest of the agency will be using starting next fall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything as of now that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, cutting out a middle man emailing dates and timelines, organizing all my data in one place.
Excellent modular database for your team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can build a database that fits the needs of your team. Pivot tables in excel or Gsheets can be not that flexible, and Airtable makes it easy to create new views on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to change the formatting of tables and export the data because realistically we're sharing with others who might not have Airtable or in a presentation format and screenshots won't do the trick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating modular pivot tables and databases.
Perfect for work and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy place to organize important projects and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it wasn’t as expensive to ass other users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying out social media and marketing strategies and keeping track of project status
Airtable User for 2 years on more
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been very helpful in monitoring our team's goals and generating visual status. I also love the feature where I can easily integrate it with Make and implement any changes easily. I am using it everyday and will be using it in many more ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the many things you can do, things can sometimes get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating different tools within airtable made it all easy for me to work on automating things.
Great app for analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and visually appealing interface, high customization and automation options and real-time collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations, learning curve for advanced features and scalability for large projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved team collaboration and automates repetitive tasks
Great api agnostic, no code database software
What do you like best about the product?
Interfaces. Being able to display clear, navigable data to non-technical colleagues has been the best part for me.
Easy to use, intuitive to progress with, used daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly this is more of a knock on my tech stack than Airtable. but I was not able to consistently push airtable updates through Zapier from my G-suite products. I was also unable to work through my team to connect the apis needed for maximum efficacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating user-friendly front end apps without investing in coding it out ourselves.
Airtable for Marketing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncing is off when I use the calendar with the grids.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on track and maintaining deadlines.
Keeps Our Global Marketing Team Organized and Moving Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is our team’s go-to tool for managing everything from campaign workflows and editorial calendars to event planning and intake requests from other departments. It keeps our entire global marketing team on the same page and gives us a clear view of everyone's workload. The ability to customize views per person is a huge plus, and we love the email automations that keep both our team and other stakeholders updated without manual follow-ups. We use it daily, review it weekly, and honestly can’t imagine running our outbound marketing engine without it. It’s easy to use, flexible, and powerful without being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to complain about, honestly. If anything, once a base is fully built out—with tables, automations, linked records, etc.—it can be hard to restructure it if your needs evolve. You often end up starting fresh with a new base if you want a cleaner setup. But to be fair, that’s kind of expected with a tool that’s this customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us manage a high volume of marketing campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional requests in one centralized place. Before Airtable, we had information scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and slide decks, which made it hard to track ownership, status, and priorities—especially across a global team.
Now we have a single source of truth for everything. It helps us stay organized, streamline approvals, and respond faster to internal requests. The visibility it gives us into workloads and deadlines has been a big boost for planning and resource management. It’s also made our weekly team syncs much more productive because we’re all working off the same, real-time data.

So many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use, especially for someone who hates spreadsheets. I feel like I can accomplish the same thing in spreadsheets or Airtable, plus easily create interfaces and dashboards off of that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least is the limited number of native integrations within Airtable. It almost always requires the use of a third-party tool for integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the need for data entry. I am able to give a junior-level data entry analyst the ability to enter in data without accessing the full database behind it.
