AirTable is easy to use and keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, and how in-depth I can go to organize my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I have to find extensions for features that I believe should be integrated into AirTable itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable allows us to keep track of all of our project locations and separate them into steps and action items.

Airtable has streamlined my workflow, reducing the number of hours I spend on tasks each week.
What do you like best about the product?
I change information in one location, and it automatically updates each place I have it linked.
I can set up automations easily and adjust or edit just as simply.

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable's monthly user cost varies, with a free version available. However, an intermediate pricing tier for users who only need interface access would be ideal. Additionally, scheduling a meeting with an expert for help can take weeks, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating regularly sent emails, updating the changes in all views where cells are linked, and simplifying my workflow.
Lightweight but powerful database application
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform is definitely one of it's strongest points. The ability to have one set of data that is able to be converted into multiple pieces of information that is sharable across the entire org has been huge. We have many use cases for it - from org charts, hiring tracking, and overall dashboards. Real time integrations into other sources of data has also been critical in having up to date information available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a steep learning curve if you're not familiar with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of integrations and sharing of data that comes from internal systems that we can make public for others.

Airtable is relatively easy to use right out of the box with little training.

There aren't enough ways to use table with others outside of my organization. I want a way to share information and data without them needing an account.

This program is super dynamic in its display, filtering, and interfacing with data. It offers wonderful integrations, plug ins, and many dynamic views. Highly recommend.

Airtable Keeps Our Social Calendar on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable gives us the perfect blend of flexibility and structure. We use it primarily for planning and scheduling our social media content. The calendar view makes it easy to map out posts weeks in advance, while the grid view helps us organize by campaign, platform, and content type. The customization options—tags, checkboxes, collaborators—are incredibly helpful for tracking progress and approvals across our team.

There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially when building more complex views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Airtable, we were juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and calendars to manage our marketing schedule. Now, everything lives in one place, and everyone on the team can see what’s going out and when. It’s streamlined our workflow, improved team collaboration, and helped us stay consistent with our posting strategy.

The basic tasks are quite intuitive. This makes it easier to get all team members to use it on collaborate projects.

The more advanced elements like dashboards are very limited/difficult to get to do what you want

The ability to have multiple bases that sync to each other with varied personal views allows teams to view and present information in the way that fits their preferences best while keeping data organized across users.

The ability to sync tabs within the same base/tables would be great.
