Simple, clear, professional service.
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service and easy to use platform. Had check-in calls with Rahul 2-3 times a week and systematically worked through each module together. He explained exactly what was required at each step. Really enjoyed working with him.

There were a few integrations missing, most notably Linear.

Sprinto has been easy to use, and the support team, our account manager Shivang, has been very helpful. The process was smooth, and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Shivang Saxena at Sprinto provided us with complete visibility into the process, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Thanks to his expertise, we didn’t have to worry about auditor conversations, making the entire journey seamless. In just a matter of weeks, we successfully achieved both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.

Not much, when everything worked so seamlessly it’s hard to complain, I would definitely recommend Sprinto
