What do you like best about the product?
Would you believe if we SOC2Type1 in a month, yes we did . Thanks to Sprinto. Wonderful product, Quick Onboarding and above all easy to use and a friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, it is an art crafted fine and there are no faults with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an early startup and our clients wanted to know if we were SOC,.if we had followed the conventional way it would have been tough to get it , but with Sprinto we got it in a month

Get your SOC done faster , with no ambiguity, because you will be backed by a good team(Sprinto)

The support and guidance throughout the compliance process were remarkable.
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of a Great tool and Amazing support has made the process of taking care of an ordinarily stressful and complicated task, much smoother and easier so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their team was available at all times to help with any support needed so I don’t have anything to dislike at this time

Sprinto has helped our organization become ISO 27001 compliant, in the process of getting us compliance-ready, Sprinto has ensured all our practices become more scalable & continuously monitored. This gave us huge confidence that we stay compliant at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Right from the first conversation, onboarding, tool setup, guidance and support from Guru to the final audit. We could complete all the requirements for ISO27001 within 4 weeks, thanks to prompt and crisp support from Guru (our Sprinto POC). Sprinto tool and its interface is easy to understand and navigate. Most of the audit materials are ready to use which helps a lot. Customizations are easy. And above all, it integrates with a lot of third party applications which we use internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about so far! Everything is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us prepare for our ISO, SOC2 compliance. It monitored all our applications, highlighted areas we have to work upon and showed exactly what has to be done to get compliant. Its continuous monitoring approach helps us maintain our compliance all the time without failure.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire process of getting compliant was a seamless experience with the support of Sprinto. They were always available to hold discussions ensuring a smooth experience for an otherwise tedious process. Niladri (our Customer Success Manager) made himself available at all times and ensured all our queries were answered. He pretty much hand held us and one of the reasons that we got through this process so seamlessly is because of him

We had no bad experiences throughout the process with Sprinto.

Sprinto helped with all the integrations we needed for continuous compliance monitoring & also ensured that the right controls were put in place for a smooth audit experience
Easy to use product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Outplay is now Soc2 and ISO complaint and Sprinto made it happen. The dashboard is easy to use and gives the pending tasks making it easier to follow up. And ISO framework is easy to use. The weekly sync up's made it easy for us to get the ISO compliance in place faster than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. Costs for multiple certifications can be lower.

It provides a real-time overview of which controls are passing and where gaps still exist, ensuring that we stay compliant at all times.

Like with all new things there’s a bit of a learning curve which I felt made things a little overwhelming at the start but I honestly don’t have much to dislike about Sprinto, really great job done

We are using Sprinto to get ISO27001 compliant & they are doing a great job at it.
The biggest benefit with Sprinto was that they not only had our current requirements covered but also ensured that all future compliance requirements are taken care of.
Their common control framework ensures that we don’t ever have to start from scratch for any compliance and that made all the difference to us, they also support about 15 frameworks which really took care of everything we would ever need.

A comprehensive and easy to setup platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto takes care of all requirements needed for SOC2 and ISO 27001 requirements. Someone with no knowledge of Infosec procedures also can use this platform.

I can't think of anything specific not to dislike about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup and we don't have the expertise or resources for information security. Sprinto solves both these issues by giving a platform that helps us achieve our information security initiatives.

The structure and the step-by-step process through which every aspect of compliance was covered by SPRINTO. The other important aspect was the guidance and support they provided which is very important for an organization which is going for these critical compliances for the very first time.
