Efficient, effective, and economical experience achieving our ISO 27001 with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped us achieve our ISO 27001 certification within a couple of months of our first engagement. We probably could have done it even faster, the main delay was on our side balancing our other business priorities. Their tool integrates very well with the modern cloud-based IT stack. It was a very efficient process, and their staff were very available to guide us through any of our questions.
To be frank, we had our doubts about them as they were a young company and quoted us much less than other companies. However, the overall experience was great and couldn't recommend more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, if I had to be critical, being a young platform some sections of the application could mature a bit. However, they supplement this with good templates and instructions. I suspect that very shortly these sections will be improved, based on conversations I have had with their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us achieve our ISO 27001 certification, and provide software and consulting to keep our company compliant. Their software significantly reduces the time commitment this would take otherwise.

Amazing product with excellent compliance guidance
What do you like best about the product?
At no point in time during our interaction with the Sprinto team did we have to worry about them not having the required expertise. They’re a team of people who know what’s needed to execute compliance and they ensure that they do it by keeping security at the back of their heads at all times. We felt that we were truly improving our organization's security posture instead of paper compliance for ISO27001 & that is kudos to Sprinto team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many to pick from but I felt that it would be nicer to have an assessment after an employee goes through the security training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Organization was seeking ISO27001 compliance and we wanted to do it the modern way with automation. With Sprinto, we soon realized that everything is real-time and we get an overall bird’s eye view of where things stand with regard to both compliance and security. Anything that needed actioning was just a few clicks away from being remediated.

What do you like best about the product?
The thoroughness of the team with the overall process was particularly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Just a few issues with the portal and Dr. Sprinto app that were resolved by the team when we reached out to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed SOC2 compliance for a few business requirements and (hence) reached out to Sprinto team. The Type 1 and Type 2 certifications open up new horizons for a start-up like us.

What do you like best about the product?
Execution speed, Niladri Mitra, UIUX and ease of integrations across platforms. We started with little understanding of various ISO aspects but end up with major learnings, process improvements & certification in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, pricing as we are a pre-seed stage startup but then 100x.VC & newbie offer made it a little affordable. When I look at long term or getting 3 more certficaions with sprinto, I beleive we can extract more worth than paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto made it easier for us and my tech team to see what needs to be done for ISO prep & doing it with simple integrations. Now we have the base ready, we will do our future certification with ease.
SOC 2 compliance is a breeze with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made SOC 2 compliance a breeze. The entire onboarding process was extremely smooth. Not only did we have an amazing customer success manager (Goutham Krishnan) who helped us stay on top of the things we needed to do, but even Sprinto made everything easy. After connecting the various tools we use to Sprinto, the entire process was pretty much automated. Everything from user onboarding, reviewing policies, device checks, and offboarding is made extremely simple. What's also amazing is that Sprinto has a network of professionals they work with. We found our compliance auditor and VAPT tester via Sprinto as well. Amazing end-to-end experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The entire experience was amazing.

Making compliance a breeze. In our case, it was SOC 2.
Sprinto’s the best option for all your compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
I had the best experience with Sprinto for compliance, their platform is very user-friendly and has a dedicated team that caters to all the steps in the process with great precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we did have our doubts about Sprinto, but as the execution started, we were definite that it was the right choice, we faced no hindrances in the process, and we had nothing to dislike about their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to visualize what wasn’t working on a Org level in order for us to maintain a healthy security posture & that helped us maintain compliance at all times.
Sprinto - A one stop solution for your compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform - gives a clear insight into what has to be fixed and also maintains all details a single place. It has been quite effective and easy to get SOC2 because of Sprinto for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the proactiveness and platform. There is no specific point of dislike and will recommend Sprinto to all the companies exploring or facing difficulty in managing compliances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance for us is taken care of by Sprinto. It has helped us to achieve SOC2 compliance within weeks and the process is still going on but we have clarity on the next steps.
Compliance can’t get simpler than this!!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part was the time saved by the leadership team. We hardly spent a few hours working on Sprinto platform and it was done! Further, there was no auditor interaction required which was kind of unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Nothing! Delighted with the experience so far. They are churning out new features so fast that we have to go through a steep learning curve. But loving the way how the product is evolving and new features are being added.

Now that we are ISO 27001 certified, Sprinto is helping us to continuously monitor our compliance status. This has enabled us to showcase our security posture confidently to our prospects and existing customers.
A smooth experience in achieving certification goals
What do you like best about the product?
Devika has been extremely hands-on through the entire process and answered any questions that we had. She was also very prompt with any assistance that we needed while working on the certification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular from a product or a support perspective. Devika was extremely supportive throughout, so nothing to be disliked about our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of going through the certification journey has been made easy by Sprinto. Without it, our efforts would have taken longer in the exploration phase, as well as creating a checklist.
I’d highly recommend Sprinto to anyone seeking a hassle-free compliance audit

After trying out the manual security consultant route the last time, this experience has been a stark contrast, I’d genuinely say that there’s nothing to dislike & has in fact saved us countless hours.
