ISO Audit Journey with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying the security suggestion and steps to fix the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not getting notification from the tool, when we have due pending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the security and ISO points easily, we dont need to depend on someone

Seamless product to get SOC2-ready
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's product integrates with all the major services that companies usually use — Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, many major HR management software, and others. The team is very helpful with getting SOC2-ready — helping companies with auditing firms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we disliked at Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in aggregating and monitoring all our services to get SOC2-compliant. We were able to receive alerts in real-time whenever systems were failing.
Got ISO and Soc2 in few months
What do you like best about the product?
The automation technique and alerts give the insight to take immediate action. The automated Policies and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is Automated and , You get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a bootstrap company, it's a bit difficult to get ISO and SoC certification and structuring the IT Infra and Operation is a big task. Which then solved by Sprinto
The communication and support given by the Sprinto team are second to none.
What do you like best about the product?
Having gone through an ISO27001 audit via a security consultant and having burnt our fingers in the process, I have so much appreciation for what Sprinto does.
They literally have everything required for a Cloud-hosted business to become compliant out of the box.
Documentation for Policies, Vendor Risk Assessment, SOA, basically, everything required for compliance was taken care of by the Sprinto team. They even managed all the auditor conversations on our behalf, truly a white-glove experience. Kudos to the Sprinto team

What do you dislike about the product?
- Having had a bitter experience with compliance before where months of our time were wasted, I have nothing but appreciation for what the Sprinto team is doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for Compliance, Continuous monitoring of our security posture, Ensuring the entire organization follows the best security practices & A partner who manages all the difficult audit conversations on our behalf.

Sprinto was a very-friendly platform to get security compliance for our company

Self-service, easy-to-follow steps with alerts and reminders to the whole team on action items to be taken up
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing major observed, sometimes the dashboard did not get auto-updated with compliance action items and needed to be manually updated

SAAS companies like us can stay on-top of security and compliance by using Sprinto

What do you like best about the product?
It does all reporting and data collection from our infra elements automatically. All you need to do is integrate your AWS, GSuite and other infra elements with Sprinto. And guidance of the Superb Team (Gurudev & Neha) was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Everything is working perfectly fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically topics of 'ISO 27001', 'SOC-2' etc are very time consuming and boring for the people who are deep into software development business. With a partners like Sprinto, you can simply focus on your business and let the professionals handle the naunces and hides the complexity from users. It's like "ISO Made Simple".

What do you like best about the product?
When we at Spendflo had to get ourselves SOC2 and GDPR compliant without much knowledge, Sprinto was a lifesaver. They have an excellent process to help all types of companies go through these certifications with utmost ease. Their platform helped us identify the necessary action items and walked us through how to get it done quickly. We completed certification in a matter of weeks! In addition, it helped us identify what we needed to change regarding security and compliance in our company and helped us grow faster.
Would highly recommend them for anything related to compliance certifications that you have to get done for your product. Their team and the product is one of the best, with very competitive pricing.

What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of times, they took a while to respond to our questions, but after taking in our feedback, they ensured they were prompt in getting back to us. So it was a very smooth journey altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us become security compliant in this very competitive market. In addition, it made everyone in our team more aware of privacy and security.
We’d highly recommend Sprinto to those looking to get the smoothest compliance experience.

We really liked how Sprinto handled the entire process of our compliance, they had every corner covered and took care of the audit as well. we barely had to get involved in the auditor conversations & overall we now believe we have a better security posture as an organization thanks to Sprinto.

There’s not much to dislike about sprinto, I’d say they are our favourite technical product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With no clarity on how to go about compliance, Sprinto laid a clear path to compliance for us and walked us all the way to the finish line. I’ve never had an easier experience with any other software vendor.
Great Customer support and Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Sprinto helped prepare for the audit, answering our smallest doubt whenever we asked for it. The dashboard is very user-friendly and has all the checks and statuses right there
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. The dashboard could be improved a little bit in terms of accessibility to necessary documents but overall a very smooth experience there as well

Sprinto is getting companies like us getting enterprise ready by making difficult compliances like SOC2 an easy to follow process.
Experience was good, handling of payment schedule experience could have been better
