Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
There's very little effort required to report our devices and it's just matter of minutes. The checklist makes it easier to navigate to different settings in case we are missing something.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does make the PC lag a bit when I have the DrSprinto app running. Since it does not take much time- it's not much of a hassle but something that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let's me submit the device status with ease and does not take much time to do so.

Easy and Smooth Security compliance process
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's user-friendly interface and streamlined features made it easy for me to complete tasks that might otherwise have been tedious or time-consuming. This not only benefited me personally, but it also had a positive impact on the organization as a whole. By streamlining these mundane tasks, we were able to save time and resources, which allowed us to focus on more important and value-added activities. Overall, I highly recommend Sprinto as a valuable tool for streamlining and simplifying assessments within any organization and for smooth security compliance process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Can't think of anything to complain about the product or experience. I had a very good and positive experience with the whole process. Nothing but appreciation for the whole team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although some of the UI features arelittle complex to navigate it does a great job in terms of monitoring the risks mitigated. Uploading documents can be sometimes time consuming than usual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in solving the system risks at a minimal level by notifying any malfunctions and helps in resolving them quicker. A must-have compliance software for all growing companies as it is looked out for by the customers as well.
Ease of Set- Up
What do you like best about the product?
I have used quite a few compliance softwares before but never experienced something like Sprinto. Configuration and ease of use were remarkable, and it didn't take a lot of time to set up the whole instance. Thoroughly liked the prompt customer support as well. Good luck to the team, and keep getting better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be disliked about Sprinto honestly. They are up for something big in the compliance software market. One little drawback would be the UI which I think can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all compliance barriers and saves a ton of time and manual work required to do the same. It also plays a crucial role while engaging with our customers as many expect our product to be SOC2 compliant.
Great solution for security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accessing and following the steps needed to report a device is quite appreciated. From the time we install the software till the reporting stage is pretty straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit invasive and have to be updated if you accidentally turn off the required feature. This makes it quite time consuming. Additionally it automatically starts up with PC which should not be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what are the latest trends when it comes to security compliances, and how to make sure that my devices follow that trend in the easiest way possible is a big plus

The Soc 2 compliance allows me to work a lot more comfortably and have a sense of safety regarding my documents and work.

The process is incredibly long and arduous, but rightfully so. The intensive checks allow us to trust the certification and work in peace.

What do you like best about the product?
As Sprinto is quite simple but a very powerful software that puts any security compliance program. It's check constantly to update all the software version available over system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation is somewhat very confusing. Installation steps are not very easy for novoice user. Team should work on that part, easy installation steps chances to increase user visibility towards software.

Keeps upto date the software is big challenges for every organisation. In today's world ,cyber crime is major problem for industry. Any leackage or loop hole in security patches leads to major financial as well complaince issue for any organisation.Sprinto helps in maintaining complaince issue.
Super easy tool to make sure that your machine is in compliance to SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was a breeze to download, check my computer for compliance and send the report to the audit team. The whole process took under two minutes. This is by far the easiest compliance tool that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Sprinto, and the only suggestion that I would make would be to automate the reporting periodically. This would reduce the friction needed for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us check that all the machines are compliant to the various guidelines specified by the SOC2 standard.
