What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our easy by giving correct guidance to get security audit get done in faster
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing such, but UI of sprinto app to be improved and faster

Proper way of doing a security audit and also all procedure to get complained for audit

What do you dislike about the product?
New interface is slightly confusing to navigate. This maybe because I am also used to the older interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC-2 compliance
Sprinto services are user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Their services help us to report our devices and perform the device checks on time at every quarter's end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto can enhance their app for device reporting. Right now, we are reminded by our team or HR to report our devices but if the Dr. Sprinto app can update and report the device itself, then that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To legally comply to the rules of being SOC compliant, Sprinto helps our company to fulfil this requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up is the stand-out to other solutions in the market by a fair margin. It was quite simple and straight as it didn't take a lot of time. Also, the UI was fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support can be a bit prompt as the turn-around time was bit longer in terms of responding to queries. Apart from this easily the best tool out in the complimace and security domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 and GDPR is a must for the product we sell and Sprinto is doing a great job in offering both serving to the customer's needs. It has made us a trustable product for the customers to rely on.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best software in my opinion that automates security. It's used at my workplace and in my opinion it covers all the basics of what one can expect from a software from this genre.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is nothing that I don't like personally.

It solves problems related to security and also automates the whole process instead of manhandling it. It is used to maintain security standards at the place where I work.

Sprinto has helped us as a company to achieve the ISO certification and became soc2 compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
The team guides us in integrating our system required for audit and compliance without putting in more effort. As a team, we quickly collected all the required details. As an infra person, has learned about all the requirements for an organization that is going for an audit and can assist in integrating their system easily to meet all the expectations set by an auditor to pass the checklist.
The Team also helps vendor and risk assessment checklists to meet the criteria set by the auditor.

What do you dislike about the product?
Do not see any downside, as our full integration went seamlessly through their guidance and support to achieve the benchmark set for ISo certification and soc2 compliance. All the checklist has been passed.

Sprint helps to collect all the required documents for certification needed by an auditor and passes all the required checklists for compliance requirements needed by an auditor. The Team guides us in integrating each product and software from its dashboard.
