It's a seamless process. But it could be a more product-led approach.
Overall, no issues in onboarding. Appreciate the extra efforts of the team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to find agencies and consultants which eats a lot of time, effort, and money to understand security compliance.
Sprinto has made the process easier to analyse our architecture and make our product compliant with security standards.

Highly recommend for SOC2 & GDPR
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding process was super smooth. Hemant and team were very helpful and always available. We had a customer to close who needed SOC2 - they moved super fast and introduced us with auditors.
Their pricing also was very competitive compared to other providers.
Hemant, Vaishali and Shivang was very knowledgeable and helped us out with almost all queries. Great followup and closure.
Their software was very easy to use, we were able to get what we needed very fast.

It has been a pleasent experience working with Sprinto. The tool/platform is great.

The best part of Sprinto is that all checks and controls are rolled up in an easy-to-read dashboard. Vaishali is highly knowledgeable, and his expert guidance has helped in smooth sailing for compliance.

Nothing specific. Some minor bugs were resolved in a day or two.

Our experience with Sprinto was fantastic, and there were only a few minor issues on the portal. However, Srikumar was always available to help us resolve these issues

Professional Guidance through the SOC 2 Compliance process
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has provided our organization with all the requirements and tasks needed to obtain our SOC 2 Type II certification. In previous audits, much of the work we needed to complete was all manual, and it wasn't easy to track what was completed vs. still pending to obtain compliance. Sprinto now automates much of this work for us and gives us a simplified view of what we need to get done. Our representative was very knowledgeable and professional when we requested support, and they were always quick to respond and schedule collaborative meetings to address our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating our many cloud subscriptions and resources was a little difficult at the start. But we raised these issues to the support team and they actively make updates to the customer portal that addressed our concerns. Slight learning curve when onboarding to the platform but our representative helped guide and teach us through this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps make us aware of issues in our environment, organizational processes that we can better improve on, and enabling us to meet SOC 2 compliance.
Compliant in 2 months
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly friendly and really focussed on getting you compliant and certified as fast as possible. They are patient, but also make it very clear what the next steps are without giving too much information to handle. Issues or questions are addressed the same day. The platform is easy to work with, most of the documents are prepared in a way that you only have to complete them, massively reducing the workload. I was able to get our company ISO27001 compliant in 2 months while still having enough to work on other priorities. We were certified in just under 3 weeks. No hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around timezones was a little bit tricky for me personally, but doable. The platform itself sometimes had some minor hiccups, but like I said before, they resolved everything blazingly fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being ISO27001 certified helps us in the sales process. By using Sprinto, we're not just renewing our certification on a yearly basis, we're also making sure we stay compliant and keep collecting evidence, greatly reducing the workload when the renewal of the certificate is up.

An excellent dashboard that brings you immediately to any non-compliant resources and recommends fixes. Quick to refresh (and with a manual option which is always nice).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts were a bit tricky to figure out, but engaging the PM and tech team to find answers was quick and painless.
