The SOC 2 report and ISO 27001 certification were obtained in a very smooth process!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager was very helpful and the process was seamlessly carried out, securing the SOC 2 compliance certification in short period.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not incur any such issues as the process is very smooth!

What do you like best about the product?
Was quick to get us ready for SOC2 Type1 audit and will less manual work. Its easy to integrate

Seamless Compliance Software - Sprinto and Aasim are amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Seamless reports that they help you with to set up your processes. Great monitoring and wizard that helps you with all of your compliance needs. Great onboarding and customer success. Timely responses and easy to work with at an affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could add more certifications to the portfolio. They couldn't help us with 21 CFR Rule 11 or Annex 11. They mentioned that they are adding it shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us get HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
They helped with security, compliance, audit management, documentation and processes.
It's benefiting us by making a difficult process really simple. We need these certifications for our clients in healthcare.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing major, just some of the integrations were glitchy at the start, but everything was sorted out by the sprinto team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our IT security and compliance processes organized.
The most supportive team and an extremely user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive their dashboard is. I have never had trouble learning to navigate the product since Day 1. The team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It almost feels as though we are working with an extended team rather than an external vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but, personalized automated emails and Slack notifications could help us follow up with employees. They are already available but are usually overlooked because they come from a bot. The help/support icon in the employee portal might be adjusted slightly, as I find employees typically reach out to us more than the support team directly when they encounter issues with Sprinto.

Its helping us with all of our compliance audits like SOC2, GDPR certifcations.

What stands out most about Sprinto is its ability to completely streamline the compliance process. It automates complex workflows for certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, making them faster, easier, and stress-free. The platform's real-time monitoring ensures continuous compliance, and its user-friendly interface eliminates confusion. Additionally, the expert guidance (Pavithra R, Dexter David, Rishabh Karpa, and others) provided by Sprinto’s team was great, offering personalized support to help us achieve our goals

Nothing specific. Even though we have to move between CS folks, the transition was pretty seamless.

Security made simple!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Aasim is the best, he's our CSM and was willing to go out of his timezone and way to help us out. We needed security done ASAP and Aasim went above and beyond to meet with us and help us achieve our goals quickly.

Not really their fault but their audit partner we selected was extremely slow and unresponsive.
