Excellent product!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product is amazing! I'm able to get all of the information I need when going into the reported email, that would take me 5-10 minutes per email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the product is the only complaint I have with the product. It's 2-3x as expensive as the alternative Proofpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the amount of time that it takes to go through each email by automating the process. Each email goes through the email gateway and then Abnormal after. Providing an Attack Type, Attack Analysis and Attachment analysis is great at first glanse.
1 Year using Abnormal
What do you like best about the product?
- Abnormal works in the background
- We log in everyday to see what has been caught.
- It has minimal down time and we can sign-up for status messages.
- They provide emails for malicious campaigns they find.
- Users report possible malicous or spam email, and Abnormal responds verifying they are safe or
not.
-Abnormal is always willing to listen to feedback and our sales/marketing rep goes out of his way
to
follow-up with tickets we submit, seeing if we were helped.
-The menus have come a long way and it is easy to remediate emails.
- They help setup and launch the system.
- Easy inegration.
- We log in everyday to see what has been caught.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative yet. This company cares about their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are a huge help stopping malicious emails Microsoft Exchange misses. Abnormal is doing around 95% of the work compared to Microsoft Quarantine.
Easy onboarding experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Was an easy onboarding experience; and pretty intuitive platform to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything particularly unhelpful - maybe the filter field of 'date duration' defaulting back after removing it and then clicking to another section and then back.

User time wasted on spam emails.

Easy of installation. Frees up time for other tasks.

Intelligent Triage and Response Supporting Streamlined SOC Operations that frees up time to do other incident response duties.
Great low-maintenance tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool was very easy to implement with its APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about it is how for Google Workspace pulled emails go to spam rather than a hidden folder.

It reduced the amount of tickets we recieved of users reporting a malicous email
Well-Rounded Email Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and tuning process was a quick and easy process. This product saves a bunch of admin time from having to go through and triage/investigate a ton of emails. The search and respond feature is also fantastic and enables the admins with some pretty powerful/useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create custom dashboards and different types of reports would be useful. Individual admin access to alerts and notification settings would be useful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of times we are only aware of malicious or spam emails when end users report them. With the Abnormal platform, it enables automatic detect/respond which further protects our environment and end users and it also frees up our admins to be able to work on their day to day responsibilities.
Protects Users from themselves
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it scoops out suspicious emails before our users can be fooled into clicking on a suspicious email. It protects us from our own users.
What do you dislike about the product?
They encourage a lot of engagement with the administrators. Which is fun if you like. And if you don't like, you can ignore.

Abnormal Security solves the problem of users not looking at emails closely before clicking on links.
THE BEST SECURITY SOLUTION FOR EMAIL
What do you like best about the product?
The great AI and ML applied in your solution, the accuracy that the spams/phishing are detected. the features that is release year by year, is very simple to use. they have a nice support team, you dont need access every time, the integration with O365 was easy and the roll out was transparent, the implementation was sucessfull
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with this solution until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time and cost of phishing and graymail emails were very high for our company, which further helped speed up the acquisition of Abnormal.
Good email security vendor
What do you like best about the product?
It does not require MX record changing to implement the solution. The onboarding is very fast and simple. Its an API solution so you don't need to run an appliance and the email does not get rerouted to their mail system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they block legitimate emails. If you have not communicated with someone at all, and you get an email out of the blue from a legitimate user the email might be blocked as their AI might see it as unusuall behavior.

Its acting as our primary email protection mechanism/vendor. Its scanning and blocking all suspicious emails. Its protecting from smap, fishing attachs, malicious attachements, malicious links etc
