Immediate resolution of any query we had, self-explanatory platform and hand-holding of certain processes

The induction could've been a bit better - it took us some time to get acquainted with the complete process

Some drawbacks of Scrut Automation include limited customization, integration challenges with certain tools, a slight learning curve for new users, and occasional support delays during busy periods.

What do you like best about the product?
They are highly professional and knowledgeable. They provided us with a lot of guidance throughout the engagement and the entire implementation process was smooth. Their platform is user friendly as well. It also integrates with multiple platforms for easy compliance verification. Today we use this platform frequently to stay complaint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once there was a glitch where the employee's training status was not shown but then their support was responsive and quickly addressed the problem. My experience largely has been positive with them and their platform.

Scrut solves the initial knowledge that is required to stay compliant and also provides a platform that will help managing all the compliance related activities in one place. This is a huge time saver.

For evidencing, The templates that, uplaoded in the vault section that are provided by the scrut team are really helpful in mapping the evidences with relevant controls.
In addition, the policies provided by Scrut are well standardised as per the organizational requirements.

The refresh rate could be worked upon and rest everything seems fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut automation enables me to curate all evidences to be uploaded in one place. In addition to it, the company gets benefitted in terms of risk management, security compliance, IT Risk mangement. Especially the cloud integration is so seamless that within hours, the database vulnarebilities are flagged on the Scrut platform for us to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Scrut team only i got certifications like SOC 1 and SOC 2. they have good Customer Support and the team has very polite behavior. If i got any doubt regarding the certificate the team is always ready to solve those issue. Scrut Automation is also ease of implementation and Ease of Use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i want to say about Scurt Automation they have some bugs in their website. Sometimes i am facing issue because of those bugs.

The team helped a lot to get the certifications like SOC 1 and SOC 2

Service is good. Staff responses are pleasent and professional.

Sometimes reachability gets difficult, however, there was no deny in response.

The Scrut automation solves all the issues that we take it to them over phone call and on email. It helps in resolving the compliance at the earliest.

As CTO, I’ve found Scrut to be an excellent tool for managing our compliance work. It brings everything we need—documents, checklists, and audit tools—together in one easy-to-use platform. This has made it much simpler to keep track of compliance tasks, like our quarterly Management Review Meetings, and has saved us a lot of time. I highly recommend it for any organization looking to organize and simplify their compliance processes.
