Scrut Automation has significantly streamlined our compliance and security processes. The platform's user-friendly interface, comprehensive dashboard, and intuitive automation features make managing frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR effortless. I particularly appreciate the automated evidence collection, which saves hours of manual work and reduces the risk of human error. The integrations with our existing tools (like AWS, Slack, and Jira) were seamless, ensuring all our data sources are covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Scrut Automation is a powerful tool, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming, especially for teams new to compliance management software. However, their customer support team is very responsive and helpful, which made the onboarding process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Scrut Automation, our compliance processes were disjointed and time-consuming, relying heavily on spreadsheets and manual tracking. Scrut has centralized our compliance management, making it easier to stay audit-ready year-round. The automated alerts and task assignments help our team stay proactive rather than reactive, ensuring we address compliance gaps before they become issues. This has not only improved our security posture but also enhanced our trust with clients, resulting in a smoother compliance journey and quicker audit cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut team helped the Cloudgov.ai team with each and every evidence and policy and template required to make sure that we pass audit with flying colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Some of the evidences might be confusing but the team isi proactive to help you on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scut helped Cloudgov.ai for ISO, SOC II and GDPR audits.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut automation platform is easy to use and learn for any individual or organization working on getting their certifications for ISO and SOC2 compliance. This tool speeds the process of certification, allowing better tracking of tasks and progress made in relation to it. The Scrut team does more than help with preps; it helps organizes tune their processes for maximum efficiency as well as proper practices post-certification to ensure efficient operations and strong compliance. And, the support team is responsive; this means a good user experience is practically guaranteed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about the Scrut platform. It is user-friendly, efficient, and well-supported, making it an excellent tool for compliance management.

Scrut Automation addresses the complexities of ISO and SOC2 compliance by streamlining task management, progress tracking, and documentation. It simplifies the certification process, saving time and effort while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Mostly I like in Scrut Automation is Customer Support. They have provided best cutomer support regarding Security and Compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the dislike in Scrut Automation is their GUI. Sometimes it is very slow.

Easy management and visibility around tasks and pending items, makes for faster closure.

Product is bit complicated and it takes bit of learning to get started. Not a major issue though.

Centralised system for cloud compliances, policies, and audits. The cloud scan is run by Scrut platform is really helpful in detecting security vulnerabilities which might hamper the data on cloud, the policy management on the platform is well curated.

Scrut is an exceptional platform for streamlining compliance processes, offering integrations , lively dashboards and easy to use features. It has significantly improved our efficiency in managing audits and maintaining compliance across multiple frameworks.

Scrut Automation offers many useful features, however user interface can be little less complex so should be allowed to configure easily.

Streamlining Compliance Processes is very important for a company. Using Scrut it is getting optimised. With that we have Improved Compliance Readiness.
