compliance platform - iso & soc2
What do you like best about the product?
It helped us in completing ISO 27001 & SOC 2 T2. The Dashboard is user friendly. Also it helped us in improving the Infra internally too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience was good, but we faced some issue with the monitoring agent and also the navigation was quite confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in complaing with iso & soc2

Great Experience with Scrut and ease to use the Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut helped us in ISO 27001 & SOC 2. The process was easy. The product and especially the dashboard helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not faced yet any difficulties in working with the team or with products/ services they offered

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how organized they were, and how they really made the process a streamlined workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides were perhaps solely in space of language. The team we worked with was based in India and a lot of the written materials we worked with were peppered with spelling and grammar errors, and some basic formatting stuff. But really, that was it.

Scrut team helped us to get all the crucial policies and evidences and hand-holded us wherever we got stuck. the tool played an important role in tracking the progress.

Helping us with multiple compliance issues
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff is always responsive, they provide a tool for monitoring workstations out of the box, they guided us with templates for policy creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal has a lot of sections and filtering to discover or view can be tricky. The monitoring agent does not maintain connection on some machines which requires users to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us get through Audit, Develop stronger policies, and maintaining a compliant state.
The fastest way to get SOC2 certified
What do you like best about the product?
We got SOC2 and GDPR certfication with Scrut. The team - in particular our account manager Dev - was very responsive and helped us navigate the process. This was our first time doing these certifications so the handholding was critical. It took us a couple of months than we had planned to get ready for the audit but the process was smooth once we were ready. Would definitely recommend Scrut if you are an early stage startup trying to get SOC certified!
What do you dislike about the product?
- They didn't have native integrations with new providers such as Vercel which meant we had to do manual work to get evidences
- Some of the policies/evidence requirements didn't apply to us - it would be great if the UX could prioritize the ones that need attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness and competency of the team. Product is easy to use, integrations are getting there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some integrations - for us - but the list is growing. Some inconsistencies and the tracking of evidence and standards clauses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to comply to multiple standards and regulations. This amounts to hundreds of policies, procedures and evidence. Our goal was to automate as much as possible the gathering of evidence and provide a centrally available tool to track progress. Secondly, we wanted a one-stop solution, including the actual certification and/or attestion work.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience working with Scrut. the team are very knowledgable and patient. Their confidence in their field really helped guide us through this process. Their platform is well-designed and made the process very simple to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative issues as of now. We are confident that it will remain that way.

Good and user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut helps us to manage risk and compliance, a good platform to maintain our employess records, compliance certifications and security information and it's easy to use. We also get good support as a customer and its easily integarted with our microsoft Azure platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see some bugs after the upgrade but eventually they were resolved by the team.
