What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features I liked about the Scrut tool was TrustVault, and with the help of this feature, we can showcase our organization's security posture to our prospects and potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our security awareness training, we faced some technical issues with Scrut during the ISMS training, which was a little disappointing for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was for the first time we were going for SOC 2 compliance and we had no idea how to go about it. And looking at the cost was also a bit challenging for us to choose from the available options but I would thank the Scrut team for their proper support and for being very cost friendly.

Scrut automation is very user friendly, our project is going smoothly with positive responses from the scrut team. we are almost in completion of project with their support

Scrut team helped us to set a constructive process. Multiple stages, we had solid inputs from them.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Scrut was very helpful and always were available to answer any questions or issues that we came across during our ISO 27001 certification process. I would highly recommend them to assist in getting compliant for certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't come across any issues and therefore didn't have anything that we disliked about working with their team. The team was always very supportive and there to help us through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us to get ISO 27001 compliant. This is not something we would have been able to do without their help and expertise. We will more than likely utilize their platform and services to pursue other industry certifications.
Simple to integrate and get going with Compliance and automation.
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut GRC tool platform provides bunch of integration options like AWS, GCP, Jira, etc and which helps getting the results on the platform itself and remediate those findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
SCRUT platform does not allows the Background Verification software integration at the moment. This feedback was taken positively by SCRUT team and team will work on the same and provide it by end of quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting SOC-2 and GDPR compliant was very easy and convenient with the help of very supportive team and amazing SCRUT - GRC tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Scrut has been a joy. Their team meets with us regularly, answering our questions and guiding us through policies, vulnerabilities found through their scans, gathering evidence, and other remediation tasks. Having them hold our hand through our compliance journey has been a relief!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to complain about. The only potential downside is that since Scrut is based in India, you'll need to schedule your meetings in the morning hours if you are in American time zones.

Scrut is helping us with our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security compliances. They've helped us identify gaps in our security posture, and we're working to remediate them quickly.
Compliance journey simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team has made our compliance journey easy and fast. The best thing about Scrut is the kind of support you receive from them in this journey. Before Scrut, we thought the compliance journey would take no less than 6 months. But the team has helped us get ISO and SOC2 within 6 weeks.

During the initial weeks, there were a few minor issues with the product. But as the product matured, they resolved all of them and added many useful features which

Scrut is helping us with our ISO, SOC2, and GDPR compliances. Before Scrut, this generally takes up to 6 months. But with Scrut, this can be achieved within 6 weeks. It saves us a lot of time and helps to keep our focus on building the product and selling to enterprise customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation has helped us comply with ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and SOC 2. Throughout our compliance journey, we were getting the tremendous response in case of support and knowledge sharing in terms of what needs to be done in policies, evidences and many more...
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, in particular, we didn't find any dislikes. However, the product needs a little bit of improvement in terms of user experience,integrations, and doing the manual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation has helped us in setting up processes majorly for HR and Admin departments as per ISO and SOC requirements, Implementing the suggested changes has helped us grow the Business Performance
Comprehensive security testing, management, and compliance platform with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
All our security compliance requirements are currently being serviced by scrut - its a one stop shop for us. The dashboard makes compliance work extremely straight-forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timelines can vary when it comes to compliance fulfilments based on internal bandwidth. While scrut has processes to ensure project milestones are reached, some additional nudges/ progress bars etc. can be utilised on the dashboard itself. Maybe Scrut can utilise CustomerGlu to set this up ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complying with critical internal and customer-side security requirements. With Scrut we will be able to realise our compliance milestones faster than anticipated. This definitely helps our GTM strategy.

Scrut Automation took all the responsibility for achieving our information security posture from day one. They were systematic and had a very hands-on approach toward due diligence. The team was always on top of all the priority tasks and helped us get the compliances on time. I really appreciate the team's effort.

External auditing was delayed due to the unavailability of the team. But it was communicated later and planned accordingly.

Security compliance is a very crucial requirement for a SaaS product like ours. Scrut helped us to get ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 2, and GDPR.
