What do you like best about the product?
Team provides you with all checklists with step-by-step instructions for all your compliances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of cloud environment like Digital Ocean and others could still be deployed in the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is helping us get ISO 27001,SOC 2 and GDPR compliance.

Scrut Automation - well managed and equipped GRC platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team was very professional and responsive throughout the process; we liked the Onboarding process. The way our CSM was able to gather all the necessary information to make us understand the efforts required from both parties in the beginning itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option available to upload the files in bulk on Scrut platform. I have given the feedback to the team and I hope it will be implemented soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut platform solves the biggest challenge of maintaining risks and securities on their platform itself; being an enterprise, this was the biggest concern for us.

Really liked the support which they provide on helping startup like us to enable the Automation and Certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike as of now. Things are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us in closing all the gaps that we have with obtaining Certifications and enabling industrial best practises and standards.
Scrut has a defined process for corporate compliance audit.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Scrut GRC platform the way it manages to showcase us department-wise progress made to track the completion status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish if Scrut platform would had been little bit more flexible and customizable, team has taken this as feedback. And said will come up with a solution at the earliest possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Scrut's frequent audit tests, we are improving our processes more fastly in a planned manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform interface along with the teams regular follow ups is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too sure about what to dislike since we are still in the process of getting the certification

Ensuring all our processes are verified and externally vetted and making sure that we're secure for all future projects
We can understand the all policies easy from Scrut Teams.

It is very helpful to implement security in our infra.

We are in process to get certified the ISO 27001 and Soc-2, scrut is helping us in this process.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team is always there to support and guide through the process of getting certified. The team is highly skilled and helpful. The platform organizes the entire workflow, making it easy for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. In my experience, Scrut is an excellent way for certifications. It blends technology and team in a great way to assist through the process.

Getting certification

Scrut team is very professional and friendly and helped us each step of the way to get the certification done
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big to dislike, but only one feedback to the team please segregate policies and evidences department wise. It was hard for us to understand and assign the policies to relevant person in our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We partnered with Scrut for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR certifications, we will also be using Scrut tool for Risk and Vendor management in the future. The biggest achievement for Scrut team is they have been able to manage everything under one dashboard.
Great experience with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
The team is very proactive and supportive. The platform is also great. It simplifies a complicated process and ensures seamless process flow towards getting certified.

Nothing that we haven't liked / disliked so far. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Scrut and their team. Everything has been smooth and seamless.

Compliance made easier than ever with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut platform is very easy to understand and use even if you are the first timer, the team was very supportive during the complete process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but we faced a few issues during the process but it was resolved by the team within the timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting complaint with ISO 27001 this time, however looking at the team's experience, knowledge and support now we are deciding to get GDPR also completed with Scrut only
