Zoom Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is really flexible. It's AI features are best for real-time meeting and summary.
Provides many features with no- additional costing.

As the features are more it needs a big audience. So not much useful for a small team or less people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for boosting productivity. Communication is very easy. It really helps in saving time and efforts.

Great for webinars + daily communications
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been our monthly driver for running webinars and connecting for team meetings. In terms of webinars, it's integration with Restream and other third party streaming platforms is very seamless when it comes to streaming at 2+ places at the same time + registration management, backend reports, polls, everything feels pretty great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the UI could look more modern and they can try giving it a totally fresh look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting for influencer marketing seamlessly, weekly team connects, webinars and more.
Zoom for office conferences
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for office meetings and conference calls

One of the things I didn't like about the Zoom is the availability of recordings. Hard to find on it's cloud.

Easy for quick calls and screen sharing.

Access across multiple platforms/devices is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be finicky at first when trying to join a meeting. It will open in the web then pop up on my desktop app.

Can be used across many platforms easily

Getting support from a human can be difficult

Some can't use Microsoft Teams so we use Zoom for them
Overall a solid and reliable application with a lot of fuctionality

It is flexible and works well across devices, and I like that it is platform-independent and not locked in like Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to focus on reducing the bandwidth required to host calls, using AI upscaling and other compression technologies. In many places where I operate, including those in the developing world, bandwidth is limited. Focus on keeping the application small, the application efficient but let you scale up the fidelity is bandwidth isn't a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me connect with mulitple team across the globe, that are using either gsutie of m365.
I’ve used Zoom Workplace to stay connected and work smoothly with my team online.

I really like how easy it is to jump into meetings and share stuff—it keeps everything moving without a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a bit clunky with notifications or too many updates—it can be a bit distracting, breakout rooms can be a bit awkward or buggy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it way easier to stay connected with my team, keep projects moving, and cut down on endless email chains.

Camera quality is poor and filters need to be better . Doesn’t connect well to WiFi
