Perfect app to meet with your customers or for personal usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can perfectly organize and schedule your meeting and send email instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that every app has their own disadvantages but honestly zoom is better because you have mail, calendar and team chat in one app

Connection with everyone, easy to use and has all the tools that you need if want to share a presentation

Sometimes on using multiple screen, zoom shows blank screen on one screen whereas work fine when dragged to the other screen

Zoom Workplace: More than just a video call
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard features is my love during the brainstorming session it helps us to keep our ideas flowing. It provide me the authority to spilt team through breakout rooms easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through my experience it updates so frequently that sometimes it cause delay in joining meetings also chats requires little bit of polish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhance the productivity through providing collaboration even I'm on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Wokplace offers a best end to end dialer solution. Good interface with best possible API keys for CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far as I've been using this since 2 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution for Communication tools which in-turn reduces complexity of meetings. Also Zoom provides multiple integration solutions which makes human efforts almost Nil.

Zoom can held large number of people and it help us accommodate large number of people for meeting or Town hall also Breakout feature helps to divide into small groups for brainstorming sessions

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has significantly boosted our connectivity and collaboration on various projects. Important meetings and video/audio calls can be initiated at any time easily. Great connection quality. Nice and easy to use. Zoom has been a major partner, especially, after pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and design can be better as it looks kind of outdated in my opinion.
