Very intuitive and very valuable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integrations wherever required. Easy workflow building across all integrations! Love it
What do you dislike about the product?
Um, it's tough but I'd say it can improve on the UI. While the UX is already great. UI could add to the feel good factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech integrations made easier with retool. Benefits me with improving operational efficiency.

Surreal experience, hassle free integration, very intuitive, easy to implement SQL and Elasticsearch

It is very easy to use, debugging is easy, multiple components support, easy to implement SQL and Elasticsearch

Sometimes changes made are not saved immediately, and no multiple simultaneous collaboration supported

No need to write Front end code, easy to integrate SQL, Elastisearch and MongoDB

Some limitations in its free tier.

They supported resolving simple applications for delivery to users.
great tool for modifications and organization of same data
What do you like best about the product?
it is a good sorting software of some data and data that is duplicate. it is built in a way that it is linked to different catalogs and this makes it easy to find data and it has a large storage capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is slow and fequently times out the session and this makes it boring. for a first time user, it is not easy to use as it it is a bit complicated, so I can say flexibility and functionality is kinda a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
issues of finding POS codes, UUID of products we are selling and knowing thei status are being addresses by retool. issues of intergartion have been adresses by retool as such also serving time in data capturing and organization.

for the first beginner it can be some how complicated but it need proper training .there is need for the system to provide a proper traing guidance for new user

we use retool to access pos codes annd store data for images and prices for products .this is benefiting us in a way that each and every user has access and edit access to his / her data

To be honest, I can't think of anything to dislike about it. When something is truly great, there's simply no room for complaints or criticisms. It's just an all-around positive experience that leaves me feeling fulfilled and content.

Retool is solving the problem of connecting non-technical individuals with the changes made by developers. This is benefiting us by allowing us to provide better support to our customers. With Retool, we can quickly create things without waiting for DQA, which saves us time and resources. What do you like best about the product?
Retool makes it easy to develop industry-grade applications without having to develop a React app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish they expanded their API past just Resources and Environments to access Users, Roles, and Groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retool is allowing me to build a scholarship application management system which will save a lot of time that normally would be spent building a React application.

Sometimes the documentation is not as complete as needed, but the support team is very helpful to get you going.

Develop a new front end to a new complex data model that is fed from our webbased order and client registration system

Can make very simple apps work. Customer service is good.

Extermely buggy:
I have often waisted hours of my time trying to figure out why something does not work only to realise it is an issue on Retools side. Usually find a new bug a few times a week. Almost every new version they release breaks something in our system.
Extermely slow:
Developing anything larger than a small app is painful. The developer UI becomes slow and unresponsive, often crashing on a new macbook. The live apps are also very slow.
Limited features:
No native support for webhooks, queries are limited to 2 minutes. As a result, it is painful to develop event driven apps using external APIs.
