Efficient, User Friendly and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly UI is very helpful in learning the tool and very easily implementable. Dedicated POC for us and available to clear all the doubts. We daily use it to trigger our campaigns for various channels like Whatsapp, Email and other mediums. Various tools for real time analytics, goal managements based on segmentation and AI for effective content creation. Already readily available integrated service providers so in few clicks can integrate various mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preview of campaigns is not to scale and sometimes while creating whatsapp campaigns gets fuzzy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every aspect of our Customer Retention strategies and campaigns for that are created,triggered and monitored through clevertap. Every communication except Ads are triggered from Clevertap. Hence it has become the most crucial and intergral part of our customer lifecycle management process.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I always appreciate is support- their proactiveness and willngness of helping businesses to solve their use cases. Have seen the consistency of support is not limit to the scale of company. Have been part of companies where I have seen company going from 0 to 1 to 100 their dedication and responsiveness have helped us leveraging the Clevertap's full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather write as recommendation or must have feature/requirement-
They can ehance the user experience by giving pro active alerts in the campaigns and events if stop working once it is configured. For instance, if there's a problem with events not coming through or a campaign stops delivering as expected, a pop-up alert could notify the team immediately. This would help address any issues in real-time, preventing delays in campaign performance or missed opportunities in customer engagement. Having these alerts integrated directly into the dashboard would make monitoring and quick action much easier for the entire team.

Clevertap helps us solve key challenges around user engagement, retention, and personalized communication. It allows us to create highly targeted segments and send personalized messages based on user behavior, increasing our campaign effectiveness. This has significantly boosted our conversion rates and overall customer experience. Mutltichannel approach is something that Clevertap solves really well.

User-Friendly Campaign Execution: The platform is easy and intuitive, allowing for seamless execution of campaigns and customer journeys.
Cohort and Segment Creation: It offers a straightforward process for creating multiple cohorts and segments, enabling effective retention targeting.
Channel Integration: The platform integrates easily with various channel vendors, such as email and WhatsApp, among others.

What do you dislike about the product?
Journey Editing and Personalization: The ability to edit journeys and personalize them based on past behavior segments is required but currently not possible.
Limited Flexibility: There is less flexibility when editing journeys. Additionally, we need a sunset option for stopping a journey so that those who are currently in it can complete their journey before exiting.
Operator Limitations: It is not possible to mix AND and OR operators while creating a campaign.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is handy for sending personalized communications to our donor base, which enhances customer experience and increases conversions.
Using it for our creator platform, no-nonsense product for analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I have migrated to clevertap aftering using GA for over 10 years. Can't thank you enough the friend who recommended it
What do you dislike about the product?
From features perspective it is amazing but from pricing stand point for a young company there are not much option to try it out during development and pilot phase.

1. The user interface is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Would like to see options like sharing a report using boards over email.
2. For live behaviour campaigns, we cannot filter by event properties in "who have not done" section while defining the segment.
3. In some analytical features like pivots, we can only use them for event count not user count.
4. Funnels are limited to 7 steps with drop-offs being calculated based on the first step added in the funnel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap primarily helps us in analyzing our user trends and user segmentation. We are able to create highly targeted user engagement campaigns using a mix of multiple channels like push notifications, WhatsApp & Emails. We are able to drive higher user activation & retention using these campaign.

360 Degree Suite of Products, ranging from Analytics, Automations and 3rd Party Data Integrations

Easy to use platform for customer engagement from a user point of view
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a smooth ride learning and working on Clevertap. As a new comer with no knowledge of such platforms, I had a great time working with Clevertap. The support system too at clevertap is very prompt with their services!
It's easy to integrate with other platforms too, for ex. we use a third party platform to deploy whatsapps, CT has been very easy to integrate it with and also supports features such as carousel, LTO etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes, the loading of various attributes of the campaign in 'who' section takes a lot of time, which increases the time to deploy a campaign.
2. I think there should be a bulk select option for the end goal of the campaigns while downloading it. Ex. if I want to download all campaigns from the past month, there should be a feature to select "App launched in 30 minute", right now this feature is missing.

1. Scaling campaigns on a large scale across various Zomato Verticals in a limited time
2. Optimising Zomato's in-house tech and integrating it with Clevertap for a smoother collaboration

Marketing Communication Management Made Easy and Quick!
What do you like best about the product?
- Extremely easy to ideate and execute marketing campaigns across channels- Whatsapp, SMS, Push Notifications, Emails etc.
- Campaigns are extremely easy to schedule and set up
- Clevertap segmentation and analytics is a good starting point to think of separate segments and cohorting to target the right users at the right time
- Clevertap's team is one of the BEST PARTNERS to have to help with any issues being faced with the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Clevertap needs to coupled with other analytics tools for deeper analysis regarding your users and their behaviour. Analytics is slightly slow and not extremely user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
Large volume of messages to be sent to dozens of separate cohorts- marketing automation in Clevertap makes it easier!
Analytics- I often use Clevertap to explore and experiment with the volume of users doing certain events form the 'segments' and 'find people' tabs
