What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a smooth and easy to navigate functions with dedicated space for analytics, campaign scheduling and management along with a plethora of channels to execute campaigns and it's always on the lookout with additions of up to date features and tools required as per market conditions. It is easy to implement with timely customer support and can be integrated with multiple other marketing softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lags with over storage of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with end to end campaign management and execution and helps plan out campaigns and segmentations

Needs lot of refinement in UI & Data accuracy

It has helped me more options and freehand in editing emails, more than HubSpot has. I like the extent to how much templates can be edited.

Some times the CSM replies very late, and the suppport team is bit slower

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy-to-learn user-friendly platform.
2. Distinct features - A/B Testing, Intellinode, In-App Messaging, Native Display
3. Native Integrations for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp - have made integrations very smooth & every channel is under one place only.
4. Customer Journeys - Easy to create Customer Journeys with IntelliNode feature for A/B Testing
5. Analytics - Cohort & Trend Creation helps in studying customer behaviour & targeting them on their preferred days, and timings using their preferred marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in building the Link Shortener Capability for SMS Campaigns per the new TRAI guidelines dt. 1st Oct'24.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics has been sorted since execution, DLRs & Analysis can be done on a single platform only.

What do you like best about the product?
1. CleverTap has an intuitive UI which makes the tool super easy to use.
2. Great tool to identify user segments basis user behaviour, which also helps targeting the right audience for our business growth.
3. Their user analytics help prioritise product features and drive product roadmap.
4. Excellent and prompt service by the support team. They are available round the clock to assist us for any blocker we encounter.
5. The team promptly takes initiative to do audits on changes we implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login journey is a bit cumbersome with 2 steps authentications, using authication apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behaviour analytics help us drive our marketing campaigns and product innovations.
Real time tracking of user journeys help us prompty address issues that our customers are facing and proactively solve them.

Great for Automation, Okay for Scalability

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the only tool that allows very easy P2P connections, API integrations with various CDP platforms in the easiest manner. Their product support is great in terms of reasons time and accuracy of solutions. The tool has great features like intelli node and scribe to create hyper segmented AI powered campaigns. Great tool for setting up your CRM from ground up. Even better tool if your CRM has limited experience in martech stack management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hits a roadblock in terms of scalability in terms of database management (eg. Cpanel for query based segmentation) and custom messaging (eg. ampscripting) compared to its other market competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap allowed us to run a very low-code, low redundancy CRM setup which helped us to kickstart marketing very easily. Saved us a great deal of time to market.

Powerful Engagement and Analytics Platform with great ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap's best and foremost differentiating factor is their unbeatable customer support team and the technical support team. We currently use Clevertap for it's various features but primarily for enagagement with push notifications and analytics for digging deeper and understanding our users. We almost use it daily for an everyday snapshot of data related to our app's performances as well as user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it might take a while to get the hang of it, like any other new skill. Another thing that could be better is the data visualisation aspects as well as creating a dashboard view across multiple boards. We currently have different brands with each brand designed in a different project, a bird's eye view of all such projects is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap allows us to view all of our data at a glance using their system generated dashboards. With the events and metrics that we pass, we have also created certain custom dashboards that are consummable on the business front.
We have extensively deployed automated nurturing campaigns for new users using the journeys feature. Regular push notifications can also be scheduled using clevertap, we could therefore schedule it for longer periods.
