Decent integration capabilities with end to end API lifecycle management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use:
Anypoint platform is easy to setup and use. The documentation is very straightforward and easy to use: easy integration with SSO, Identity provider, role based access management.
End to end API Lifecycle:
Design center lets you create the API specification in format of choice. Then Exchange lets you publish the API spec and have documentation around it. API manager to manage the API access and policies and Runtime manager to run the actual API instance.
Cost:
Platform is quite expensive to use, although the new usage based pricing has come has a relief.

Expensive to setup, large upfront cost.
No devops capabilities for API implementation.
No API gateway present to manage non Mule application( there is Flex gateway, but that has to be managed and run by the customer)

Provide all the support around building APIs and integrations and tools to support that.

Multipurpose platform
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform to host API's. Easy to connect your SAAS based applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a lot of learning before implementation.

API hostings are easy and it benefits everyone company wide. My team hosted restful API and everyone was happy with the implementation
Mulesoft is a good tool not only to create integrations, and we can create API's

Nothing this tool is good and the integration with salesforce is very nice.

We have always used Splunk for logging, alerting, and dashboarding at my organization, so aside from a few functional monitoring alerts that have been successful and have nothing bad to say, we haven't had to delve too deeply into point monitoring.
