What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I found is its provide LLM, machine learning and deep learning

Its is little bit expensive to work on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using to train a model for telecom service and get a desire result of speedboost feature of that client.It was helping us in getting the customer problem while requesting for speedboost request.

The results are speedier than other AI search engines and well organized. it is easy to read and understand quickly. It has so many features
What do you dislike about the product?
1. What I feel a little dislike about is the registration process, it takes too much time compared to others. If it can reduce or make it simple, it can help a lot.
2. The UI needs to be more creative and simple, as I can see there are features and options. make simple can help attract more traffic to the website. ( customize the feature according eg:- students, professionals, etc )

What do you like best about the product?
I use this AI and I'm amazed by its features and accuracy. The feature I like the most is multi-cloud deployment, which allows me to integrate and deploy AI workloads into my preferred cloud stack. it's effortless to use and not that complex. my friend suggested me to use this and now I'm using it daily. also, their customer support is very supportive and the solution to my problem is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
for now, there's nothing I dislike about it but if I've any suggestions in the future I'll share them with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decision Optimization, Customer Experience Analysis etc. and it benefits me in efficiency, improved customer service, scalability and innovation.

It's simple, intuitive and engaging to explore the website and it's features for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more training on how to understand the prompts, sometimes it's not good enough to understand the exact context and the need of the task it needs to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves from simple tasks like summarisation of a long text, able to condense the bullet points in a story or a financial report, to complex tasks like analysing an algorithm, solving complex machine learning tasks on large data sets provide accurate results and predictions all without any deviation from the reality.
wx.ai usage
What do you like best about the product?
Using wx.ai, I train simple models and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) for my clients. The intuitive interface allows me to prototype models tailored to my clients' needs. I work with mostly LLMs for text models and I don't have problems to initally setup prompts and so on and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding integration, running wx.ai in a python notebook is still very slow when compared to having a locally hosted LLM. Building more complex models and adding up governance to the equation makes the interface less friendly.

Easy to build simple models for text analysis and mining.

The points identified as advantages for using watsonx.ai are the variety of models, as we can choose between models provided by IBM or use our own model. In addition to the variety of models, watsonx.ai offers customer protection, as IBM supports the models developed by it and protects against third-party intellectual property claims. It also features an intuitive interface for training, testing, and deploying generative and traditional AI models.
What do you dislike about the product?
As generative artificial intelligence is still at a very early stage, commercially speaking, I have not yet found any negative particularities in watsonx.ai.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the tool for a series of tasks: summarizing documents, classifying sentiments, and the ability to answer more than one question within the same interaction, as traditional intelligence would not be able to do.

Limite de tokens excede muito rápido para realizar testes

Celeridade no processo de testar a usabilidade de um modelo, de forma muito simples, é fácil criar um modelo para entendermos se é viável a adoção de IA em determinado processo.

What do you like best about the product?
Watsonx.ai is a comprehensive and focused platform for implementing artificial intelligence. With easy and self-explanatory use, it provides important information not only for implementation and use but also for transparency and trust in models, especially in the corporate world where it is very important to have transparent AI tools. The support team is also always ready to respond to requests and assist with the implementation of solutions and integrations via API.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not had any aspect that has fallen short on the platform. As it is a very comprehensive solution with various possibilities, it takes some time to get to know and become familiar with everything, which is why we are using and testing it frequently, with the help of the local support team, to increase our mastery and knowledge of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing on various fronts, from integrated use with virtual assistants to integration for creating solutions for reading, comprehension, content extraction, and sentiment analysis of documents, texts, and files.
