Excellent, automated, and friendly onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
We can see all of our HIPAA compliance tasks in one place, which makes our lives easier when it comes to self attestation and external review. We use it to keep many of our moving parts in check (AWS, JIRA, Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little hard to navigate the UI, particularly when finding our connections, or vulnerabilities in our AWS deployments (which are not listed as a n outstanding task in the main page)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting towards our HIPAA compliance, which is reducing our need to manually gather evidence for dozens of different policies and HIPAA legislation points.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely quick process and a pre-vetted network of auditors to work with.

Auditors were a bit slow to respond, but not so much Vanta's fault.

SOC2 compliance for working with enterprise customers.
Great, seamless to use, platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform was very well organized and helped our team move through our SOC2 audit in a very meticulous way. Vanta saved us countless hours.

There are still aspects that have not been fine-tuned, such as data exports that caused for some manual input.

Thanks to Vanta, we were able to go from 0 to SOC2 certification in around six months - automated checks, clear guidelines, and policy templates made it incredibly straightforward. Integrations with the tools we use are super straightforward to set up.
Customer support is also exceptional, and we never had to wait too long and always received helpful responses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would add is a feature to share the final report file that would track who's requesting the report, generates unique access links etc. It feels like a logical addition to the platform.

sometimes the refresh process is not fast and we need to wait for the new one a lot

the problems are that I can identify the vulnerabilities and created the needed actions to solve that

Some integrations need work. Some auditors are not fully onboarded into the Vanta.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simplified into an easy-to-complete checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the changes cause some disruptions to go back and fix. But this is expected with an evolving product.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has an easy-to-use checklist of tasks to work towards for compliance. There's also a Vanta application that's installed on employee machines to ensure everyone is using security best practices. With Vanta it's easy to see where you're at with SOC2 compliance and what still needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of. The process has been clear and well structured.

We wanted a structured process for obtaining SOC2 compliance and ensuring we keep best practices in place.
