Great help with IT and Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta’s built in frameworks and tools make it very straightforward to visibly align your policies documentation etc with ISO, SOC etc

No real issues, more native integrations would be great.

Ideal service for companies seeking to obtain ISMS for the first time
What do you like best about the product?
A system that clarifies tasks and does not get lost.
It also has the necessary functionality as an MDM.

It would be great if you could support Japanese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarify the various tasks for ISMS acquisition and provide suggestions on how to handle them.
Automation to its best
What do you like best about the product?
Automates controls and matches controls such as PCI and SOC, making it easier for auditors to find compliance material. Vanta's integration with other platforms is easy going and fast implementation during assessments. I haven't tried customer support yet but from my clients I've heard that their support is always on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test controls should be removed for easier assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To automate all controls related to SOC and PCI for clients that need to comply with several controls at once. Vanta keeps everything together.
Vanta AI training and review
What do you like best about the product?
It uses up to date information to and makes the training engaging and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. It has done a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI ML/LLM as we start delving into the usage of it to make large scale models and AI training and models for data dumps.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Vanta is very easy to use for managing compliance such as SOC 2. It comes with hundreds of integrations ready to go, making implementation simple and smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta itself is great, some of the integrations are not quite up to the same standard as the rest, most of them are great though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Vanta to automate our compliance processes, such as when we have new employees, as part of the onboarding process, new hires are required to review and accept various security policy documents. Doing this manually would take a long time, Vanta helps us to automate the whole process end to end, saving time and money.
Vanta security and HIPAA
What do you like best about the product?
The video had 1.5x speed up option. The login was simple. The email notifications were hitting my inbox and not my spam. The emails notifying me of courses due actually took me to the courses that were due. IT was simple to navigate to exactly what I needed to complete, with progress checked off as I completed it. It was a helpful tool. They nailed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications were out of sync with my manger's deadlines, and the deadlines were wrong on my end.

Vanta tracks whether I have been trained on security and HIPAA every year.
It;s a great compliance software
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and convenient to use, sends in an email has a simple environment to read through supporting policies docs and accept accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, it's more of a compliance management software which does the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy sign off from employees for the policies, along with that easy management of employees who haven't done, that easy follow ups mail to employees automatically.

It can connect to many of our systems and automatically scan them to find vulnerabilities.

Some of the descriptions on how to remediate need updating and expansion.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for an organization that uses Vanta, and it's super easy to use. It helps me stay up to date with company policies and ensures I'm following best practices for security on my MacBook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it does exactly what it should, and I haven’t run into any issues using it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps my company stay compliant with security standards like SOC 2 by automating checks and keeping policies up to date. As an employee, it makes it easy for me to stay secure without needing to worry about the technical details.
Excellent Security Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into all the tools and features used by the organization is fantastic. It simplifies the process to be able to have a single source of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor gripe, but the lack of dark mode is disappointing. Beyond that, I don't have much negative to save re: the tool except that it can be difficult to navigate at times due to the sheer volume of capabilities.
